Balai Adlao

The highlight of our stay were the sunset cruise and snorkeling provided by the hotel. The staff were friendly and goes all out to assist you. The food was okay.

Glad we stayed in this hotel! It's close to Lio Beach, where there are mild waves that you can surf. Also, there are many restaurants around the beach so you can literally just stay at Lio Beach to chill and relax without any hassles. Staff are super friendly. Just one point to note, they marked 2 queen beds for twin beds type however it's actually 2 single beds so don't be mistaken. Also, there are construction projects happening -they start at 730 am and end at 9pm, if you are a light sleeper that maybe an issue. Luckily the staff said the project should end early next year, let's hope it's not delay haha.

Close to Lio Airport. Really good service. All their staff are helpful specially their receptionist whose very patient with all our request regardless of how many times we changed our plans. Rooms are spacious however requires a bit of Maintenance some corners of the room are chipping. Dining are are only open on breakfast, but lunch and dinner menu are coming soon as per their staff. Overall enjoyed our stayed and will definitely stay again.

Balai Adlao is in a good location in LIO Beach. Rooms are pretty standard, clean, cozy and quiet.The restaurant is okay for breakfast but they only serve instant coffee which is a big turn off. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, ATMs and a drugstore nearby. The hotel does provide transport to and from the airport. I would definitely recommend this place to friends.

Balai Adlao is our right choice amongst the dozens of option for accommodations in El Nido. Conveniently located along Lio Beach, this accommodation is perfect for those looking for a relaxing vacation at the outskirts of El Nido town. Though not exactly beachfront, the property is a minute or two walking distance away from the beach. Conveniently located minutes from El Nido Airport you’ll be in the hotel right away with their complimentary airport transfers. Rooms At the time of our stay, they only offer two room categories, King and Twin. Both with small balconies. The rooms are perfectly sized to our liking, not too big and not too small. Original booking was for a King Size bed but we made a last minute transfer to a twin as we were adding an extra bed. A water pitcher and a kettle is provided. There’s a mini fridge and a flat screen tv. Air conditioning is perfect. The bathroom offers hot and cold shower. It might destroy aesthetics but would suggest to have at least a shower curtain to keep the toilet area dry. Overall, our room was a good room. Hotel Restaurant Molave is the hotel restaurant. The restaurant is small but considering the number of rooms they sell at the time of our stay, the space is ample and comfortable. Breakfast primarily showcases Filipino breakfast food. Options vary per day. Choices are good but limited. Ala Carte is offered and is priced reasonably, must try is their Caldereta and Sisig. They have a small bar that has a happy hour promo during our stay. There are several restaurants in the vicinity for lunch or dinner but we chose to dine most of the time in Molave for comfort and convenience. Service We love Balai Adlao’s staffs. We booked via OTA and had some inquiries made via email. Responses are immediate and informative. The reception and housekeeping staffs stood out. Very warm, welcoming and accommodating. The restaurant staff are also great! We’re not able to get the names as we’re always on the go. Housekeeping kept our room clean and regularly replenished linens and made our beds. Something to look forward to after a tiring day. Staff went above and beyond as I got a birthday surprise. Thanks to the team for the poster and birthday greetings. Facilities As of Feb 2025, Balai Adlao is still working on their expansion, pool is still in the drawings and the big rooms are still under construction. Parking is not property front but there is a secured common parking minutes away for those who have a private car. Adlao Marine This is an extra service of Balai Adlao, this I would say is the highlight of our stay. At the time, they offered complimentary Kayak, snorkeling, floating pool to in-house guests. They also offer a sunset cruise in the afternoon. Ramie, our guide together with the crew are outstanding. Very informative, versatile and genuinely dedicated to what they do.
