設施：很新 早餐好吃 環境很好很乾凈 服務挺好

整體都很好，早餐也特別棒，就是房間還有股味道。再過幾個月應該就沒有了

This place was amazing. One of the best holidays we’ve had as a family! The hotel was really nice, clean with really friendly staff. Baseem behind the pool bar was incredible, he was so helpful and friendly every single day. He always put a smile on our face and made us laugh. Another member of staff who was so nice was Tarek who was a lifeguard on the pool who was also amazing with us. Always smiling and there to help whenever we needed it. The hotel was breakfast was great, with loads of options available from fruits and yoghurts, hot options(eggs sausage beans mushrooms omelets fried poach or scrambled eggs etc), hams and cheeses, pancakes, waffles, breads and of course pasties and sweet treats. Spoilt for choice you might say! We did also play a round of golf which was great, the course was so nice with some reasonably difficult holes so would highly recommend playing that if you like golf. Overall I fully recommend the hotel and the El Gouna resort as whole. It’s so safe and secure and with the amazing weather it’s hard not too like!

Thank you Steigenberger El Gouna for making our stay beyond expectations. The hotel is very clean beautiful landscapes, relax atmosphere, spacious rooms, nice food, Friendly staff and quick services, strong Wifi network. The Japanese restaurant is also highly recommended. Special thanks for Mr. Isaac for the special care in the restaurant we really appreciate it.

Everything was amazing.. I can't recall any bad experience during my 5 nights stay but I can remember the lovely people I met there. The team of Steigenberger El Gouna is a blend of nice people who love what they do and hammer away to make your stay uncomparable to any other hotel. Special thanks to Malak from the resturant who is a great example of dedication and cheerfulness, Abdallah from housekeeping who is a true champ and my favorite, Tarek the beach man who will put a smile on your face whenever you see him. And on a side note the food is tasty and brings authentic flavours from different cuisines. The entire facility is charming, rooms are spacious and sunset walks there are calming. I will definitely return back.

I recently stayed at Steigenberger golf and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making check-in smooth and quick. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and will definitely return on my next visit to Gouna Highly recommended!
