Muy bien todo en general

This is our 2nd time here and the apartments are still tiptop, I do have a couple of gripes the Wi-Fi didn’t reach the bedrooms in our apartment (B8) and as I’m an early riser the news and a cup of coffee are a routine…. But there is no English tv which is a disappointment, maybe they will consider this in the future

We loved the apartment, the layout, the size of the bedrooms with amazingly big, spacious and great quality built in wardrobes and comfy beds. Well equipped kitchen and nice outdoor sitting area outside. No noise, we were lucky with our neighbours and felt quite secure within the complex. The swimming pool was a great bonus. Location is on the outskirts (next to a good supermarket) but as it is a pretty small town only a 10 minute walk to the centre. A full body mirror would be nice to have. Customer service was just ok, this place could be thriving if run better. Quite limited check in times and lack of communication prior to arrival. What about emailing the day before with the door code and apartment number? I would deffo stay again anyway.

Stayed at the Tao over Xmass 2023 nice location not far from the main beech & some local bars & restaurants the super market is nx door which was very convenient, the apartments were very clean we had a two bed with balcony two roof terraces & a ground floor terrace the apartments had a washing machine & a oven which was surprising overall the location was quite if want the busy location choose correljo which was only €6.30 return from the local bus station takes about hour to get there, the staff were friendly & helpful. The pool was cold but I can imagine it in the warmer months. The pool area could do with a little face lift but for the price it was great…. If you’re looking for a peaceful & value for money trip this is great.. Would I come here again yes…. The weather was nice a couple days overcast but warm one day it rained all day the other days were blazing hot well above 21 degrees. The seafood restaurant overlooking the harbour the food was very good with Fantastic views the service excellent would highly recommend just across from the restaurant are more bars & restaurants serving some cool cocktails & beers & food.. Overall I would highly recommend a visit…. Ketan

We arrived here 3rd May 2023 and we were greeted by a lovely woman who helped us with our room key and room, what a great place to say, my partner and I loved it, the cleaners were very friendly and always greeted you with a smile, I would highly recommend staying here, Only down side was a hard mattress

bedding was never changed the hole week very quite fishing village .the sport bar shuts 25th may 23 ,only one bar left , the transfer from airport last stop a good hour ,,but nothing to the one back two and a half hours ,I watch a full football game on a device

Date of stay March 2023 We booked our stay for 4 weeks 8 months in advance with Sunshine holidays. We understood that we were able to request an apartment with a private roof terrace. We soon found out that this is harder than you may think! However we spoke with Mohamed at TAO in Corralejo prior to our visit, (as we stayed there too) who managed to arrange this for us. PROS The position of the apartments is excellent for the stunning beaches and harbours with plenty of restaurants and the main supermarket is just next door. Perfect for a short stay and great for surfers. Kitchen is well stocked with quality pans, crockery hob espresso maker but could do with kitchen scissors and a tin opener. Roof top terrace is good for private sunbathing although there is no furniture as most apartments have access via a spiral staircase so the sunbeds can’t be carried up. We enjoyed 2 rooftop terraces allocated to our room. One front and one to the rear. Cleaners are hardworking especially Sylvia. Towels are changed every 3 days and allocated 1 toilet roll and 2 bin bags given at the same time. The bed was very comfortable with fresh sheets given every 5 days for you to change your bed. A blanket is provided in the wardrobe. Extra pillows aren’t always available but ask the cleaners and they will try to help. No pillow protectors unfortunately. Swimming pool for adults and one for children both cold water. We saw many people wash their feet in it after a day at the beach!! CONS Although it is listed in the brochure, our apartment had no microwave. When asked, Lorena shrugged her shoulders and said that some do, some don’t! No plug in the kitchen sink. Again Lorena shrugged her shoulders and smiled saying they don’t supply them. Utterly unacceptable as this is a complete waste of water when the island is so in need of saving it. Hang your head in shame TAO! You really need to get your act together regarding this and the misrepresentation of what is supplied in the apartments. Kitchen plugs are 2 euros from the China shop. We are aware that this is a budget complex and not much better than a hostel but this is really ridiculous! There are 2 sides within the complex both very noisy with loud closing doors and locks. Thin walls too! We experienced 3 weeks of separate groups, some of which were up to 13 people who were coming in during the early hours slamming doors etc. Poor WiFi Some days with and some without. TV is very small with limited Spanish channels. Washing machine had a rusty bra wire sticking out of the drum which tore and stained some clothing. Make sure you clean the rubber door rim as it had thick sludgy grime in ours. The apartment didn’t have one comfortable chair. The sofa was stained and extremely uncomfortable. No long mirror. Inadequate shaving mirror. Nothing supplied, no salt/pepper, soap, cleaning agent etc. Only washing up liquid, a sponge and cloth. Poor entrance system that doesn’t explain how to enter

Despite being advertised as a ‘quiet’ villa complex - this is anything but. A group of youths had a loud speaker on till 1am - and then on again at 3-5am when they returned. This was the case for three solid nights - and the ‘security guard’ refused to do anything about it. We had no sleep for three nights - and when they realised we’d complained about them, they did their best to intimidate us. Countless youths also came in to the apartment block to use the pool / sleep over night on air mattresses. This really has been a holiday from hell. I hope no one makes the same mistake we do.
