If you need to leave with bed bug bites this is the hotel for you. I chose this location because it’s a newer hotel in the area and down the street from my work site on Ross Ave thinking nothing of it until the following morning when I woke up to over 6 bites on my arm and stomach. Needless to say I’ll never stay here again.

Business trip restful night I was greeted upon entry and told about the amenities. I was also sent a daily follow-up text to inquire if I was enjoying my stay

We visited this hotel about a week after it opened, and figured there would be some opening 'bumps'. Nope, everything at this hotel ran very smoothly. The first thing we noticed was that the atmosphere is a welcoming culture from the manager throughout the entire staff. Every time we walked in the door a staff member would look up and greet us. And there is always someone at the front desk, not hiding away in the back. Armando, the manager, was always visible asking us how our stay was going or if he could help us in any way. Absolutely love their customer service attitude. I'm a light sleeper, and this location is quiet. Plus there is a constant fan, which I love to block out any noise in the hallway or anywhere. The room was a standard Home2 room, so not much else to add there. The breakfast was a typical Home2 - that said, I would have appreciated some cut fruit with the breakfast. We will be back, because of the staff and the quiet location. Very comfortable stay for us. Thank you Home2Suites!
