The wall between rooms is thin, next room people's noice is very loud. The food in hotel's restaurant is bad, breakfast is terrible. Only front desk people are nice, helpful.

This place stands far outside of town, alone. It is a nice place in most respects, but it's just so far away that you might as well stay anywhere else, because you'll be limited to the hotel restaurant and...what else? The hotel tries to run a shuttle into town, but it's not terribly convenient and otherwise you're going to need to pay at least USD $10 each way if you want shop or eat out. There was a nice view of the lake from my room, but in all honesty there is otherwise no advantage from being cut off from the rest of humanity.

This hotel is some way out of the town. Approximately one and a half hours walk but there is a bus service starting at mid day. The positives first. Lovely views of lake, staff mostly attentive but sometimes difficult to make ourselves understood in English. Good food in restaurant for dinner. Not so good for breakfast. The negatives. The “gym” is not a gym. Home style treadmill with no elevation, two bikes, upright not working. A few very light weights. Room was very poor. No soundproof, you could literally hear every word from the room next to ours and certainly knew when they used the bathroom! Beds basic and uncomfortable. One very thin pillow. We had to put cushions under it and still uncomfortable. No hairdryer in our room. No plug for bath. Towels thin and torn. Very basic amenities and no shower gel. No kettle in room. Finally the checkout time is 10am but we were not informed of this. Had a phone call at ten past to ask where we were. They seemed angry with us. There is a very small notice at the reception desk that was not drawn to our attention when we checked in.

Overall the Hotel was nice but when we first checked in the room they assigned to us was facing the dusty parking lot with no view whatsoever except the cars. When asked to be moved to another room, the morning reception person would only give us another room at an addition US $20 per night. The hotel did not appear to be fully booked so we surprised at this request but reluctantly agreed. Upon checking out, the same morning receptionist, she charged us twice for the bottles of water we consumed and in our rush to get the taxi did realize this unit l later. Other than the morning Reception person our stay was good. On the contrary, the evening Reception was much more helpful and pleasant.

Este hotel es una buena opción para quienes viajan en familia con habitaciones espaciosas. Aunque se encuentra un poco alejado del centro de la ciudad. Es importante destacar que el shuttle del aeropuerto no llega directamente al hotel debido a la distancia, pero se puede tomar fácilmente un taxi o transporte privado para llegar. En cuanto a la habitación, aunque no son modernas, resulta suficiente para una estancia sin inconvenientes. El desayuno es pequeño, pero satisface lo necesario. En resumen, es uno de los pocos hoteles grandes que encontramos en El Calafate, ideal para quienes buscan espacio, comodidad y además es pet-friendly, a pesar de la distancia al centro.

Quarto confortável, limpo e claro, ótima atendimento no restaurante pela Axe, atendente muito simpática e atenciosa. Ela dá opções de refeições e acompanhamentos, sempre sorridente. O café da manhã é bem gostoso e por causa dos horários dos passeios começa às 6:30h.

Hotel fica longe do centro. Tem transfer só até 19:30, o que e bem cedo no verão que anoitece depois das 10 da noite . A limpeza do quarto foi o ponto forte. No hotel faltam funcionários , principalmente no café da manhã que só repõe quando solicitado com muito esforço.

Excelente. El hotel es muy lindo y esta ubicado enfrente al lago. Esta alejado del centro pero tienen un servicio de combi que sale del hotel a las 12:00, 15:00, 17:00 y 19:00 totalmente gratuito. La vista es hermosa. El servicio de los empleadxs es fantastico. La comida del restaurant muy rica y tienen un plato del día que incluye plato principal + postre + bebida por 18k exquisito. Las viandas tbm fueron muy ricas y bien presentadas. Los unicos dos puntos "malos" que tengo para informar es que al haber demasiado viento la señal de internet no llega muy bien a la habitacion (capaz con un repetidor se soluciona) y que se puede escuchar bastante lo que pasa en la habitacion de al lado. Sacando esto, un espectaculo. Recomendable 100%
