Rooms are ok but very basic no kettle, fridge or hairdryer staff at front desk are not helpful at all ,unable to watch TV ,bar staff are pleasant but hotel definitely not all inclusive drinks are very limited and not a lot of choice only beer or wine available on the dinner and tea and also very noisy we had people arguing and fighting throughout the night in the landings most nights and staff no where to be seen definitely not the best hotel I've ever been to area is lovely though

Great hotel with great entertainment. Amazing food! Nice rooms. Bus stop to the airport and to interesting places just by the hotel. 10 minutes walk to the beach. You can do snorkeling not far from the hotel. The water is crystal clear! Highly recommended!

We came as a group of 8 for my son's birthday (7 years old) . On attendance the room provided had cockroaches on the floor and inside the wardrobe space. When advising reception there was no apology just l've spoke to the supervisor and will change your room. The rooms are spacious but the bathrooms are not the cleanest. The all inclusive is not nice at all and the fact you have to pay a euro per person to have your unlimited soft drink and if you don’t give it back they keep it is ridiculous. The 3 drinks at dinner policy for just wine and beer... I think you need to review what all inclusive means as it wasn't great at all. To say the experience of the trip was ruined from the start I just feel like management should have reached out and seen if there was anything they could do.

Just returned from a lovely long weekend at hotel Costa Verde Arrived at 7pm to warmly welcomed, straight up to room that was very clean but unfortunately on the rear of the hotel overlooking some flats but balcony was big enough. Headed down for dinner as we had booked all inclusive and reading recent reviews wasn’t expecting much but was pleasantly surprised with multiple choices from A well stocked salad bar, fresh bread, a variety of desserts and selection of main courses including veal ragu, vegetarian and fish mains 2 types of potatoes and vegetables, over the weekend the food was varied and very good for a 3 star all inclusive including unlimited prawns on Saturday night and champagne including for Sunday breakfast Breakfast, lunch and dinner varied everyday and over the weekend we had veal, chicken, Pork, Duck and lamb along with various seafood dishes and paellas Hotel was exceptionally clean with cleaners visible most of the day, the reception and pool area was immaculate, the pool are was never overcrowded and noise was kept to a minimum We should give a special mention to Stefano aka Coco for the daily yoga classes and other entertainment, he always had a smile and kept people entertained The location was perfect for us as the main town and beach was a 10 minute walk away and wasn’t very pleasant, lots of tacky tourist shops, loud bars and street pedlars clearly meant for attracting younger tourists mainly Germans In general a very good break in an outstanding hotel with lovely food and great entertainment

I recently stayed at Bluesea Costa Verde in Majorca for a few days and felt compelled to share my experience, as it was far from satisfactory. Check-In and Initial Room Experience: Upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. However, the room assigned to me on the ground floor was a complete disaster. The room was dirty and dusty, with hair from a previous guest still on the wall, and the towels were filthy. The windows faced the pool area, offering no privacy as anyone passing by could see in. Being a solo female traveler, this made me feel very uncomfortable. Room Change and Overall Cleanliness: I requested a room change and was offered a room on the first floor. Unfortunately, this room was even worse – smaller and without a terrace. I declined and ended up staying in the original room. The windows had basic security closures similar to those in a tool shed, adding to the poor standard. It wasn't until the second day that I was moved to a different room, and from that point, my holiday began to improve somewhat. Hotel Condition: The hotel is very outdated, reminiscent of the 1980s. This wouldn't have been an issue if it had been clean, but the overall cleanliness was severely lacking. Despite the apparent efforts of the housekeeping staff, the dirt was evident everywhere. The public areas seemed cleaner at a glance, but I suspect there were still many shortcomings. I have attached only one picture with this review but if you decide anyway to stay in this hotel it’s your choice,for sure I have different standards of cleanliness. Service and Amenities: The receptionist was visibly irritated when I requested a room change. While I can accept a modest room decor, I cannot tolerate dirt, especially filthy towels. The food was just okay; I was not hungry, but the selection was limited. The all-inclusive option allowed for only three drinks during lunch and three during dinner, which wasn’t a problem for me but I found it ridiculous. Location and Surroundings: The location was decent, with a short walk to the beach. However, there weren't many attractions nearby, so I spent most of my time exploring and sunbathing. Other Guests: A note to fellow travelers – some guests were inconsiderate, slamming doors and being loud late at night. While this isn't the hotel's fault, it’s a reminder for people to be mindful of others who are there to relax and not party. Overall Impression: In summary, I do not recommend Bluesea Costa Verde. I definitely won’t be returning. The hotel falls within the 1-2 star range out of 5. Cleanliness and service need significant improvement. One additional point worth mentioning is the management's response to negative reviews. They always seem to defend the hotel's side rather than addressing the actual issues raised. Over the years, it’s clear that nothing has changed. Instead of just replying to reviews, it might be time for the management to take real action towards improving guest satisfaction.
