Hotel Cassandra

The hotel is not great at all -Pool doesn’t open till 10.30 or maybe 10.45 if they forget to come and unlock the pool area -A total time f 12-15 sunbeds in total round the pool -Pool area is filthy, when they open in the morning, empty cans, cigarette buts still all round the pool and tables filthy dirty from the day before. -No snack bar, tiny drinks hatch -No bar open in the hotel at night which is a shame as there is a nice airy bar area but the bar is empty of any products and they don’t open it day or night. -One lift for the whole hotel with only 3 people allowed in at once or it doesn’t work -rooms are small with only about 8 inches to walk round the end of the beds so you keep catching you legs trying to move round the room - our balcony had a big air con unit taking up half of it blowing out hot air all the time - cockroaches in room, killed 2 in our bathroom -corridors very dark at night with some light saving light system that doesn’t come on till you’ve passed the area you need light in ? -room cleaning reasonable -breakfast not appetising and lots of stale pastries and fruit unprepared just pieces of fruit - towels given begrudgingly and tiny -air con system and TV require remote controls but neither of our rooms had any remotes for anything in the room. -No kettle or tea and coffee etc in room This hotel could be reasonable, needs a lot of money spending on it, but the filthy pool area day after really was a disgrace that no one can excuse.

Pool was amazing, Alvaro was fantastic at the bar, would recommend highly! Had a lot of fun here, took some getting used to but it was amazing a well needed break!

We stayed at the hotel for four days. The staff was very kind and so was the guy at the reception. The breakfast is perfectly fine, and so is the room. We have everything we need. The only thing we were missing is a fridge, but we knew that in advance. Nice price quality balance

Food was garbage and lack of choice,room 406 was as big as a broom cupboard,and trying to use the toilet was a minefield trying to do your business was an obstacle course you had to site sideways because you could wash your hands if you could sit on the toilet before the seat threw you of,bar was never open for the 5 days I was there and the lift was out of action.

Worst hotel i ve ever been to, and i am not picky. Dirty, ants everywhere, bath caked in dirt. 15 Euro PER DEVICE for WiFi, which doesnt even work half the time. No keetle, no fridge , barrier on balcony moving so much im scared it will fall off. Cables sticking out and exposed behind the head board of the bed, unattached sockets, half burnt socket going off the wall behind bed. Pool dirty and tiny, water from shower and sink like nose bleed. Elevator only holds 2 people and dirty, crumbs and dust on the beds from previous guests.

I have just returned from a family holiday. I read trip advisor before I went and was dreading the hotel. However it was a great hotel and good value for money. Air conditioning was free, you have to pay 50 euros for the tv remote which is returned when given back. Fresh towels every day. Room cleaned every day. Loo rolls provided. Food was good value, eggs, baked beans, cereals, fresh fruit and orange juice in the morning, evening meal good variety for kids pizza, pasta, lasagne. Spaghetti bolognaise and chicken nuggets. Plenty of variety for adults too chicken, pork, paella, only had chips once all week, provided new potatoes, jacket potatoes, potato croquettes. Bar in the hotel never opens. However their is a vending machine in the hotel and you can buy drinks at the shop next door and bring into hotel and around the pool. Bar is never open in the hotel. Pool is cleaned every day, but is only open 10.30 am to 6.30 pm. The only complaint I would make is the pool area could do with a good clean. Not many English people staying in the resort. Most of the holiday makers are german or Dutch. The pubs on the main strip cater for young Dutch people. However the Spanish bars on the side streets are very good, cheap and great for tapas. Beach is lovely, sun beds are 8 euros a day each. Would differently visit again
