We were pleased to stay here for family reunion. Quality downtown hotel with affordable price; good for short stay (families, couples, small groups). (+) Location: very central but quiet, walking distance to Castle Wartburg Room: spacious spotlessly clean 24/7 food: rich breakfast, in-house restaurant and bar, coffee machine in the room and snack wending machine for midnight hunger Staff: friendly and attentive, 24h reception Parking: hotel-owned place (not free) is big advantage in city center Kids: play corner in the lobby; elevator Accordingly with the hotel sustainability policy, daily room cleaning is upon request (-) Fitting carpets in rooms might be problematic for allergic guests

The check- in was chaotic: no help with the luggage. The room was from the former GDR. Big and clean, but very out-dated. There was a welcome bottle of water, BUT at the back side was a tag; 2,5 euro! Breakfast was ok en very rich. Unlike they said by the check-in it was not included! We even had go pay for the drinks separately! Although advertised as an hotel with a destination charger for Tesla, there was nothing of that. We had to pay almost 40 euros for charging the Tesla

Would like to start off with the room. First impression was that it was clean and modern looking. The only issue was in the bathroom where the mirror was. It was not over the sink and there was only one electrical outlet. It would have been nice to have a mini fridge in the room too. The hotel restaurant had good food but it would have been better if it wasn't an open buffet style. During Covid you are more exposed to other people being near the open food. Having to pay for parking (10-15 euro) daily wasn't welcomed either. For a 3 day overnight it adds up. Finally, the location was excellent for walking to sites or using the public transit to go to further attractions. The city of Eisenach had plenty to offer and we got to do and see most everything we planned on our itinerary. Would definitely plan another trip for next year.

Alles Vorhanden für einen vergleichsweise günstigen Preis. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich zu uns. Besonders die Dusche eine Highlight. Jederzeit wieder - sehr zu empfehen.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Personal äußert nett und zuvorkommend, was unseren Erholungseffekt nochmals steigerte. Einfach Klasse!

Anlässlich unseres Hochzeitstages hatten wir ein " Liebesmenue" und 1 Übernachtung / frühstück gebucht. Die Hotelmitarbeiter haben uns einen schönen Abend bereitet. Durch die zentrale Lage des Hotels konnten wir in dieser kurzen Zeit auch Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt besichtigen.

Wohlfühlen in dem Sophienhof Hotel in Eisenach. Nette Entfangsnahme. Sauere Zimmer und hübscher Ausblick von der Wartburg in dem Hotel. Die Koche sind fatatisch in der Küche die Mahlzeiten sind vorzüglich!!!
