One dog is welcome to stay for a nightly fee of $25 (fee collected after booking with pet agreement). Weight limit is 50 lb. Pets are not allowed on furniture but we will do our best to make them comfortable during their stay at KSGH! Our yard is fully fenced for your pup’s outdoor fun (and safety!) The house is located just off of Main Street- less than 0.2 miles to the courthouse, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and more. You’ll be provided a door code for your property access- no key handoffs needed! Modern amenities and updates make this midcentury home the perfect place to live and work while in Edwardsville. From the decorative original front door in the perfect downtown neighborhood to the completely renovated master bedroom ensuite, you'll be delighted by the charm and functionality of this home. The restored original hardwood is met with clean and updated paint & trim. Kitchen is newly renovated with beautiful Cambria countertops, a Nespresso coffee bar, and a cozy eat-in breakfast nook. The open concept dining room is a great gathering place with plenty of room to enjoy a special meal and chat. Working remotely? No problem! A dedicated office with printer and high-speed wifi is exactly what you need to work efficiently so you can enjoy more time downtown. In addition to the new master bath, two classically midcentury-style bathrooms are a throw back to days gone by. There is a fully fenced outdoor living space so feel free to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail al fresco on the patio. Luxury mattresses and percale cotton hotel linens are in every room ensure you'll wake up feeling refreshed. You’re so close to downtown, you can enjoy all of Main Street's amazing restaurants, shops, cafes and watering holes on foot! If you'd like a little more speed, we can arrange for a local group to provide standard or electric-powered bikes for your stay. Metered street parking is available downtown but is time limited during business hours. There is a free lot on Main Street between the Butcher Shop and The Juicery but it can fill up quickly with Downtown EDW guests!
