Very disappointing hotel. Located in a retail ***** center, minimal lobby/public spaces, postage stamp sized rooms. The elevator was broken, so to get to our room we had to go outside, through a retail mail room, up an office elevator through a locked vestibule, and long walk to our room. No porters, no discount for inconvenience. We had no room service - they said you could have room service every other day, so for a two-night weekend stay, no cleaning. Breakfast is a stale warmed up Motel Six-type breakfast. Basically, this is a $120/night hotel, for which we paid almost $400/night. Don’t stay here if you have another choice!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our 1 night stay at The Inn at Riverwalk. The staff, in particular Chris and Mads, were friendly and most helpful. The beds were very comfy, the room quiet, and the laundry facilities a real bonus. I did feel that the $30 amenities fee added to the room rate was excessive but would still recommend this location to friends.

Weekend getaway for visiting family in Vail. The room was not clean, thin layer of dust on the beds, lamps, phone, the fridge did not work. Informed the front desk staff a lady of the condition of the room and was told that she would send maintenance up in the morning to look at the fridge and this did not happen. I also informed the check out staff that the room was dirty and he stated he would let housekeeping know but did nothing else. For the price paid it is disappointing that the room was not clean and the fridge did not work.

Wonderful place to stay - great location and amenities, and staff is friendly and helpful. Your dog can stay as well! The rooms are modern and the bedding is super comfortable. There are many restaurants and a movie theater nearby. We stayed in the fall and the fall leaf colors are spectacular - I would think this is a great place to stay for the winter and summer too ~

This hotel well good the lady went with us to the elevator because my mom and I were scared if elevator got stuck and one of the employees went with my fam and I to show us where gym was and lovely nice employees and hotel very well

Lovely hotel. Great location. Perfect for a long weekend visiting family. Hotel has a minimalist, rustic, boutique vibe that we enjoy. You aren’t going to be waited on hand & foot, but whatever you need you will find. The location is perfect for seeing family in Edwards & having a car to drive over to Vail or play golf at one of the many spots nearby. The Riverwalk location itself has great shopping & dining as well as biking & walking paths right behind the hotel. The coffee, tea, breakfast area is very comfy. There is a great seafood bar/restaurant with access from the lobby so you can grab a drink easily after active days.

We had a nice 3-day stay at the Riverwalk. We were visiting family in Edwards so it was very convenient. The grandchildren enjoyed using the outdoor heated pool and hot tub. The staff was very nice and helpful. They lent us games to play from the game room. Afternoon cookies was a nice added treat. We would go back when visiting again.

It's ok. It's fine. Very basic. Like a sorta kinda upscale holiday inn. Lipstick on a pig. Only One photo on the wall of the entire room. $50 microwave sitting on a $79 dorm fridge. Front desk staff never said hello, even when checking in or out. Ain't no resort. Breakfast burritos had a use by date of December 2024. Or was it 2025? Only pluses: park close, great coffee machine. Incredibly expensive for what it was. But clean

On a recent trip from Denver to aspen we got trapped by a wildfire. We decided to spend the night in Edwards to await 72 reopening. Lauren at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She got us checked into a room quickly. We took advantage of the hot tub which was nice. I found the rooms to be very clean and new looking. The bedding in particular was fantastic. We will definitely stay here again if needed. A+ compared to many hotels we had stayed in recently.!!! Nice view!
