The service when I checked out was a bit rude. But otherwise, everything was alright.

Good value for money, quiet location in downtown with many restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Air conditioning does not work too well. Fitness center is tiny and claustrophobic. 40-min bus ride to West Edmonton Mall.

I stayed 2 nights at this hotel Days inn downtown Edmonton . The check in was good I was checked in by an employee named vic I think . He was a very professional and positive person. The room was big and the bed was comfortable . The bathroom was of ok size . The WiFi worked well . The aircon unit did not work well and the room was a little charm because of that . Luckily you can open a window partially . Parking was available for $10.50 per day and was good and safe . Some of the interactions with other staff was good including tie cleaning staff . I asked some questions from other front desk staff and they ware not so friendly and uninterested it seemed in their work . Overall if you get a good price on this hotel it’s ok for 1 or 2 nights . Location is good .

Very clean and comfortable. Central location with easy access to transportation.

It is not bad for 3 stars hotel. The bed sheets are snow white, the room is generally clean, but if you check the dust in hidden places as the back of the TV, or the bed headboard, it is dusty. What I didn't appreciate there was no drinking water. I also had some issues with the door keys. Other than that, I have no complaints. They let me in before 3 pm, it was nice and quit staying.

Great location for Roger’s place, accessible, parking, clean, although the rooms don’t have a mini fridge or a microwave. Other than that, would stay again.
