A good choice for this hotel. It has the best location ever in a famous city like Edinburg with walking distance to basically everywhere you had wanted to visit. Good and complete services/facilities from the hotel. Storage locker with safe number-lock provided in the room for keeping you big luggage. Capsule bed is good and spacey with lighting provided. Get a mini-portable fan from the reception if still feeling hot in the night. Cleanliness was acceptable and good services with good breakfast at affordable costs. The best thing to do everyday when you are staying in this hotel is to do nothing but just sit on the bench outside the hotel and look at the famous church, buildings and peoples walking around you.

We stayed at Wilde just before New Year and we were not disappointed. The location is fantastic. Just behind the castle and around the corner from Grassmarket. The staff were fantastic, from the minute we arrived till the minute we checked out. Nothing is an issue to them. The apartment was both modern and well equipped. I would definitely return, but would get a room on the 1st floor. As the lower rooms you can hear people above moving furniture etc. Not the company's fault, just inconsiderate guests that you can't choose!

This hotel was great! Location was very good, close to main tourist attractions like the Royal Mile and close to major bus routes if you don’t feel like walking. The room felt very spacious and comfortable. It’s near great Chinese restaurants that someone who lives in China appreciates as the restaurants are run by Chinese people and the food tastes authentic and delicious. They also sell their own gin that is made on site and the gin is really good! If you like gin, try their 1505 and then buy a bottle. Very worth it!

I stayed second time in Yotel Edinburgh during my trip in Scotland since I wanted to be Edinburg the first and last night when I returned to London. Yotel is a nice hotel with location right in the downtown and good for me since I took bus in and out Edinburgh airport, but not perfect location if travelers take train.

Overnight stay in central Edinburgh. Perfect location. Loved it! The view of the castle from our window - wow! Would defo come back. All staff really nice and helpful. Lovely swim before we left!

Comfortable room good service and there is one sweet lady staff made my day. She is patience listening what I have been thru and gave me a complimentary breakfast. I would like to thank her but I forgot to look at her name tag, when I check out she was off duty. Not sure is she Kajo. Other staffs are friendly as well.

We visited Edinburgh for New Years and stayed for four nights leading up to it - the hotel was beautiful and cozy and the staff were incredibly nice and accommodating and went out of their way to make our stay really special! There were so many nice little thoughtful touches throughout our time here. It was very easy to get to the city from here - and also very close and easy to hike Arthurs Seat. We would happily return here again, it was really lovely.

Awful hotel that is definitely not 4* and the service is not at Hilton level at all…. The hotel goes under the renovation and there were only 2 lifts with queues and they are also used by the staff too We had a room for 3 people and had all set up for two people only, the room was dirty with hair in the shower and the ceiling. When I took the shower the pipe was blocked and the water started to leak to the bathroom… yes they sorted the problem quite quickly but still was not great experience There were no slippers and bathrobes. I asked for x3 slippers and they brought only one pair. I asked again and they brought only one pair again. On the third time they brought two pairs…. When I asked for 3!!! And still no bathrobes. We asked for additional blanket and it was in a random location after the room was cleaned. The room was cleaned badly on the next day we stayed. My pajamas was thrown elsewhere and I found it on the table, the towels we put on the floor to be replaced were fold dirty on the shelves… the blanket was in a random location and the cleaner did not pay any attention at all left the room dirty. Very disrespectful I felt that I had to beg for the things we are supposed to get in this kind of hotels. Shocking!!! Yes they compensated with a complimentary breakfast which was good but still the service was bad. They sent the cleaner and by the time she came we were already sleeping. The location is very close to the auto show, you can say it is right outside the station. The view of the sky lobby is nice. The room is spacious and clean. It is very convenient to stay here if you go to the old town

Is very convenient for first timer in Edinburgh especially helping children to get ready on their university. Near tram/bus station to travel to city. A day ticket fixes everything. Supermarkets like Home Bargain, Aldi and Tesco are nearby to buy the household stuff. 20 mins from Airport very convenient.
