Ulasan Novotel Edinburgh Park

Lokasi hotel ini sangat nyaman, hanya 2 stasiun kereta api untuk mencapai pusat kota. Sayangnya, MRT sedang dalam perbaikan, jadi hanya beberapa stasiun yang bisa diakses, agak merepotkan. Untuk ke bandara, MRT seharga 7.9 per orang, tapi jika bepergian berdua atau lebih, naik taksi lebih hemat. Fasilitasnya lengkap, meskipun kamar agak kecil untuk keluarga, tapi selebihnya oke. Saya pasti akan menginap di sini lagi lain kali.

Great hotel located next to a tram and train stop for easy access to the city centre. Comfy beds, nice rooms, good showers and toiletries. Excellent breakfast. 15 minute tram ride to city centre. Highly recommended.

The location was comfortable and within a walking distance from the tram stop. It’s surrounded by couple of great places to shop and decent place to eat. The hotel staff was great and overall experience was pleasant

Novotel Edjnburgh is best hotel i must admit either comfortwise, cleanliness, leisures provided and most importantly location wise and a beautiful mountain view with snow covered from room. Adiitionally you will find major shops nearby 5 mins walk boyh food and amenities/cloth

Walking distance to retail park and tram station. Friendly service. Comfortable stay. Kids enjoy the swimming pool.

Overall stay was good. Location is nice. However a bar/restaurant staff behaved very rudely when I wanted to look around the restaurant because it was closed. Room was good but chair had dust on it

A great place to stay before an early flight. It’s conveniently located close to Edinburgh Airport with easy tram access. Although early check-in wasn’t available after our 7:00 am arrival, the staff kindly offered us use of the pool, sauna, gym and shower facilities while we waited, which was a thoughtful gesture. The leisure facilities were perfect for easing the jet lag, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. We’d happily stay here again.

Generally a good stay. Convenient to go to city centre. There are Aldi and Tesco around. Parking need to pay 24 pound.

Friendly staff. Nice rooms. Great location - 15 mins to airport via tramp and 20 mins to center via railway. Both stations are within ~ 7 mins walk from the hotel

Just got back from a stay at Novotel and wow, it was seriously good! 👍 The location was absolutely perfect, so convenient for everything I needed. 📍 Getting to the city centre was a breeze thanks to the super close tram station 🚋. 💨 Honestly, I couldn't have asked for a better spot to explore from. 🗺️ The hotel itself was really comfortable and had a great vibe. ✨ It made my trip so much more enjoyable being able to hop on the tram so easily. 🚃 Definitely a place I'd recommend if you're looking for a great stay with excellent access. 💯 My city adventures were made so much simpler! 🏙️ #NovotelReview #GreatLocation #CityBreak #TravelEasy

Good option, just the cleaning service needs to be improved as they don’t change the pillow cover and sheet during the stay

Was disappointed at the hotel initially because i booked a superior queen room with sofa for my honeymoon couple trip but they gave a me a wheelchair friendly room instead. It feels very weird to be showering and using the toilets, not to mention the room was dark and shabby. I went to the reception and they told me they are fully booked for the weekend, they think it’s the third party (Trip) who booked the easy access room for me instead. To be honest, i don’t know who is right and who is wrong but i felt unfair to be given a wheelchair friendly room to a couple who comes for honeymoon just because it is fully booked. I paid for the price but I need to suck it up just because you are fully booked? I went to reception and made a feedback and thankfully i got a normal room after (which is what i paid for). Will i return? Likely NO It leaves a bad impression of Edinburgh hospitality to me.
