Upgraded to 2 bedroom unit. Unit was excellent with a small deck looking over the river. Hotel a short walk across the carpark for a great lunch and a short walk to the steam paddle boats.

It was an excellent unit at the back of the Echuca Hotel. Backed onto the river. Lots of wind life . Air conditioning was good, comfy bed, great shower. We stayed 3 nights could have stayed longer. Walking distance to attractions.

We loved our stay at Campaspe Lodge which is part of the Echuca Hotel. Our suite overlooked the Campaspe River which made us feel as though we were out in the bush rather than in the middle of the port of Echuca! The hotel is situated just down the road from the Paddle steamers, so only a short walk away. Close to lots of excellent cafes and restaurants. Excellent icecream shop and chocolate shop across the road too!
Our suite was very comfortable, the bed so comfortable, clean and spacious.
Staff in hotel very friendly and helpful with advice for sights to see.

A gem of a place to stay. The room was very well appointed and attractively furnished - and the verandah at the entrance to the room.provided the perfect spot for a quiet drink and unwind.

We wre probably lucky to score the room right out back and not have any neighbours that night. Think this place could get noisy. Its no upmarket hotel (doesnt pretend to be) but very servicable. Room was clean although a lot of dust on skirting boards and windows need a clean. Check in at front bar of hotel is confusing. But all up we had a nice night and couldnt really fault it for a budget stay

Was fortunate of upgrade to two bedroom right by river, wonderful view and had drinks on deck watching birds and river

plenty of cafes, culture and right in port and its attractions
