Unattended, all on your own. The check-in operation machine still crashed, and finally found other passengers to help before a toss and successfully checked in. Not bad, after understanding the process, others are still used to it. There is a supermarket opposite to buy the supplies needed. It is recommended that those who have a car can stay by car, which is very convenient.

The Hotel has great staff and fabulous location to the airport! The staff are without exception professional and friendly! Very impressed! The spa pool area with a bar and food service onsite is world class. In fact that facility is worth the visit and I certainly will be back! The restaurant also fabulous and a Michelins star restaurant is part of this great hotel! The one thing I do not understand, why not give one free bottle of water to the vary world traveller paying top dollars to stay. There is zero water unless you pay 6euro for a bottle! 🙁Try to avoid normal check-in concepts “12-2pm”, as their official check-in is 3 pm. 🙁Try to avoid check-in in weekend, basically you can’t find anything to eat, otherwise the near-by market “Netto” will be your last solution. 😀Good & Friendly customer service, the elder receptionist helped me to check-in (around 1 pm) when she saw me having the lunch in the canteen. 😀Convenient shuttle bus service to the airport. 😀Numerous bus stops around the hotel, seem like easy to getting the public transport to other place (although I didn’t try one)

In many ways this is an excellent hotel, sizeable rooms, great shower, comfortable, friendly staff and excellent breakfast all for a reasonable, almost cheap price. There is a shuttle bus service to the airport from a nearby hotel for 7 Euros BUT it is directly underneath the flight path and next to a busy road so it is noisy. There is also no aircon in the room. If either of these two issues bother you is a personal choice

The room is clean and the area come with transportation and near the train station to airport. Overall experience is great and staff is friendly

I was wandering around the airport not knowing where the shuttle was, and by chance I was able to catch a shuttle that passed by. It was a small bus stop. If you are taking the shuttle, please refer to the bus stop signs in the airport. It costs 7 euros per person for a round trip. I asked the bar staff to microwave the rice I brought from Japan, and they said that they couldn't actually do that, but they would make an exception this time. We had been eating out a lot on our honeymoon, and we really wanted to eat rice, so this was a real help. They even served it on a plate for us, which I really appreciated.

Good choice of hotel for a short stay near Munich Airport! Great value for money. There is a bus line just outside of the hotel that takes only 6 mins to get to the airport! Free tea and coffee in the hotel lobby if you don't fancy anything at the bar...

The front desk is friendly and English is very fluent. The breakfast is very good, there are many varieties, and we are suitable for those who don't mind Western food. The coffee is great. The hotel's airport bus is ten euros a person. I called Uber, 12 euros. The use of Uber in Europe is as convenient and practical as using drip in the country. Uber to the city is about 55 euros.

A definite two thumbs up! Spotless, ultra modern, and well-appointed place very close to the airport...approx. 5-10 minutes away AND they offer very reasonable $ airport shuttle service. (BONUS!) Free coffee and continental breakfast. I booked via Trip.com for an overnight layover. Excellent price and service all around. Highly recommend.
