A beautiful property managed by Taj. The food, service and ambiance are all top notch. We were there during Holi. The staff arranged a little celebration for all the guests with colours and flower petals. We thoroughly enjoyed our safaris to Dudhwa National Park and Kishanpur Sanctuary. Amith Bangre, the manager and head naturalist deserves a special mention. He accompanied us on all our safaris. We were fortunate to spot a tiger and a few rhinos on our safaris apart from terai specials like Barasinga and Hog deer. All in all, a very enjoyable stay.

Jaagir Manor Resort is a stunning heritage and vintage property nestled among agricultural fields and orchards of mangoes, lychees, and guavas. The next morning after checking in, we went for a walk and cycling, and the experience was truly amazing. The staff is very courteous and attentive, the food menu may be limited, but it’s delicious, and the drink menu is exceptionally rich. The naturalists here are extremely knowledgeable. They arranged a private dinner space for our wedding anniversary celebration outdoors, complete with cake, and also decorated our room. In Palia, there are two jungle safari zones, namely Dudhwa and Kishanpur, and we chose the Dudhwa jungle safari through our resort, although it’s also possible to book directly through the u.p. eco tourism office at a cheaper rate.

This was one of the best places I have ever stayed -- including many properties in India. Beautiful rooms, great services, delicious food catered to dietary needs, wonderful safari experiences with first class naturalists. I am already planning to return again -- although it is a very long trip from California.

Rarely you come across a place which takes your breath away !! Right in the midst of huge farmland this small boutique manor is so artistically done that every place , every thing looks perfect and well thought through. Superb service , great food and friendly and caring staff and beautiful location …… what else can you ask for !!

It is a beautiful vintage quaint property but misses the Taj signature. It is more of a private boutique resort highlighting the owner’s history with Dudhwa and Kishanpur wildlife. Safari trips are the only thing that you look forward to as there is literally not much to do inside the property. We took two safari trips with them and our guide/naturalist Mr Simranjit was very friendly, knowledgeable and we had a great time interacting with him. F&B staff was doing their best possible. Shoutout to Mr Rajvir for taking such good care of us. Because of the remote location there was power cut intermittently but they had it back up instantly. Housekeeping service was overall good. The tea cup kept in the room was chipped which they replaced on request. I genuinely feel the management should work on bridging the gap between the price charged with respect to the services/amenities provided.

We liked our stay in Jaagir Manor. The staff was very helpful and polite, the swimming pool and the rooms were great and the food tasteful. We especially recommend for the safari-trip: we have seen a tiger and lot of rino’s ! We recommend this hotel and comfortabel place.

Mixed feelings and hopeful considering they have the potential to be one of the best properties in India, not just under the wildlife category. The warmth and hospitality is top notch. Hopefully, there is some effort put onto the staff's training and information, otherwise they're are very kind and cordial.

Outstanding! Beautiful rooms, gardens, delicious food , exceptional service. Very friendly and helpful staff. We spent a wonderful week , we did several safaris with an excellent guide. Thank you to Wildnest Travel and Photography to choose with place for us. Highly recommended !!!
