Premier Inn Ebbw Vale

Sorry prem inn Ebbw Vale about review. The room was adequate for what I needed. I don’t usually do add onns but I paid extra for a room with a view, checked in they said ground floor room 12, seriously you would think I would be top floor just to appreciate some sort of a view adleast. Got to room looked out window, office block with 3 big red wheelie/dumpster bins as my view

Lovely friendly attentive staff, room clean facilities fine bed VERY firm known quality of their renowned matress but had a good night sleep as all quiet due to setting location peaceful. One minor critisism is toilet flush needs a very strong push, I think by design and not a fault but maybe too much an effort for some. Ideal for trips into Cardiff by train as station a very short walk away. Be aware other than the parter Brewers fayre resturant there is nothing in walking distance in the way of shops or restaurants.

We came here last minute after leaving a different hotel down the road. But there were no problems with the check in. Very friendly reception staff and a lovely room with a lot of space and all the things you’d need. Had a nice breakfast in the Brewers Fayre too with my 10 year old niece eating for free. Thank you for a nice stay.

I like premier inns because they’re reasonably priced and you know what you’re going to get more or less. When I arrived the woman on reception was super lovely and helpful. When I got to the room I was impressed by how neat and above all how spotlessly clean it was. I had a really good nights sleep, it was quiet and the bed was huge and really comfortable. I didn’t bother with breakfast in the Brewers Fayre next door settling for just coffee. I drove off and left my toiletries bag in the bathroom and they called 3 times to finally get through to me to let me know which I really appreciated. WiFi was a bit patchy but all in all a really good experience.

My mum stayed with you ( as she does every august ) when she comes down to stay with us in south wales ; she loved the room and location. Friendly staff who are attentive and talkative helps , as was assistance when she needed it, one thing to pass on would be a wet room to be available with a normal height bed for people who are disabled but don't require a wheelchair ( for the lower bed ) . She stays here every year and will be returning again for sure, keep up the great work

the hotel was nice, staff are helpful and most of the time there was always 2 people there even at 3am. I did have some problems with my room and the aircon making sounds keeping me up. I was moved to anther room the beds was a bit lumpy the lumpy was you could feel where other people have been laying. but was able to get good sleep from them. the restaurant it is next too the Sunday roast is good. the rest I can not recommend from waiting to get a seat at the front door for 5 min and even asking the bar staff who just said wait over there. to getting orders wrong. and taking a long time to get food up to 25min for food.
