It’s now 5 days since we checked out and still waiting for the Holding Bond to be refunded!!! When contacted this morning I was informed that it could take up to 2 weeks for the holding bond to be refunded!!!! That should be illegal as they are earning interest on my money and I am paying interest on my credit card !!!!!

I always stay here, large apartments, good staff, has washing machine and dryer also all cooking facilities in apartment. Also has large balcony.

Not very clean and room condition is old, also have washing machine but no washing powder / detergent.

Equipment and fittings starting to show signs of abuse and age. Due to being used by large families and sporting groups it’s definitely not a quiet relaxing place to stay

This service apartment is located in a very good location, just 1 min walk to CAT bus station, many convenient stores / nice place for lunch & dinner nearby. The apartment is spacious and clean, with a balcony overlooking the city is a plus, staff is nice and friendly overall. A little bit trouble when doing the check-in though ( We arrived on Sunday afternoon which reception already closed, need to go to convenient store inside the hotel to take the room keys.)

Asked for a late check in forgot to leave my key out the bed was broken when ud go to role over it would near flip and had now towels in my room .... tryed to charge me a extra $250 in the moring when I was checking out in case I stole some thing and said I would get it back in 3 working days and then asked for a extra $50 that i would not get back for the call at 10.30pm at night because they forgot to put my key out worst ever

The washing machine and dryer were dirty, it’s seem very long did not do any drum cleaning.

Hotel was okk didnt answered the calls after 4pm

Bed and pillows bit firmer than we liked but the self contained unit is large and is well equipped. felt very comfortable and safe here.

Close to restaurants, IGA nearby, Red Cat stop 200m away n close to the WACA. Apartment was comfortable, clean n sufficed for all our needs. Would recommend this hotel.
