Ulasan Starwest Apartments Alderney on Hay

Saya selalu tinggal di sini, apartemen besar, staf yang baik, memiliki mesin cuci dan pengering juga semua fasilitas memasak di apartemen. Juga memiliki balkon besar.

Kurang bersih dan kondisi kamar sudah tua, juga ada mesin cuci tapi tidak ada deterjen/deterjen.

Apartemen layanan ini berlokasi di lokasi yang sangat bagus, hanya 1 menit berjalan kaki ke terminal bus CAT, banyak toko serba ada / tempat yang bagus untuk makan siang & makan malam di dekatnya. Apartemennya luas dan bersih, dengan balkon yang menghadap ke kota menjadi nilai tambah, staf secara keseluruhan baik dan ramah. Sedikit kesulitan saat melakukan check-in (Kami tiba pada hari Minggu sore yang resepsionisnya sudah tutup, perlu pergi ke toko serba ada di dalam hotel untuk mengambil kunci kamar.)

Very wonderful place to stay. If I visit Perth again I will choose the place.

+ free parking, indoor heated pool, gym, spacious apartment, value for money. - horrible internet speed, the front reception never open, staff after 5pm have no idea regarding the apartments

I love this apartment.The owner is friendly, kids enjoy the gym and swimming pool. The apartment can accommodate our family. We can cook and doing laudey. Overall, its very suitable for a family for ourselve.

A nice place to stay @ CBD. CAT bus stop nearby. Walking distant to Perth Mint / Hop On Hop Off bus stop. Highly recomended for MALAYSIAN tourist.

Location is good. Walking distance to city centre. Car park was provided. I wish the single bed is wider ,

Check in is in a Convenience Store !!!!! Not to mention wait time !!!!!. Fans in bathroom and wc need replacement urgently. Nice size apartment. No complaints about actual stay but the front desk staff deserve a -10/10

Check in is a joke !!! You have to go into a convenience store to check in and they use their phone camera to take proof of ID !!

Very noisy, can hear outside traffic as well as the people above (we were woken up every morning at 6am to a heard of elephants and machinery above us, really unpleasant!), in addition the bed was extremely uncomfortable (no duvet, it’s a itchy blanket). The only thing good was the size of the place and the kitchen however the inside of the oven was filthy with greasy tin foil left over. Internet wasn’t the best speed and kept dropping. Overall wouldn’t stay here again.

The apartment is close to the red cat bus stop so you could take it to the city. The room has a modern feel, nice and new. They have all the kitchen amenities, washing machine and dryer. The only thing is that there is only 1 toilet for 4-5pax living there. The shower and toilet are separated from each other thus it is quite difficult to go back and forth. In addition, it is not enough for 4 pax. I'm not sure I would stay here again if I am coming with my family.

Average, the stay worth the money

Comfortable stay. Out of order lift frustrating. Dishwasher kept throwing error codes and wouldn’t wash properly.
