The food was excellent, and the staff very friendly.
But the water in our toilet did not flash. We had to let them know 4 times till it got fixed .
We had two single beds in our room and the beds were not comfortable. I think we paid a lot of money for this room and we slept on a thick sponge with clean sheets .

A modern clean big hotel with comfortable and spacious rooms. The suite with sea view was exceptional and it made our stay worthwhile. The hotel has an excellent location that is just beside the seafront and the central area of the city full of cafes and restaurants. The staff were friendly and accommodating specially with our check-in and check-out needs. The hotel also has a beautiful rooftop garden (Three Sixty) which is an amazing spot with very good vibes. As well as a swimming pool (unfortunately it was closed during our visit because it was out of season time), a spa and a GYM. The only downsides were that it was a bit pricey (specially that it was not a high season) and that the breakfast was average. Anyhow it’s very worth it and will give you a nice stay in Gythio.

This would have been a nice place if the rooftop garden bar didn't blast music until 2:45 in the morning, but unfortunately this place doesn't seem to care that people wish to sleep in a hotel. Can not recommend

Large comfortable bed in large modern room. All well set up for a comfortable stay, good breakfast but ate out in evening so don’t know what other meals are like. Excellent location in terms of centre of town though parking can be very difficult. Not cheap but decent value

Very nice stylish hotel, central position, spacious rooms and coco-mat mattresses make a real difference. Breakfast was good. There is also a Spa, although the sauna and hammam were closed. There is no private parking, luckily we found place on the front road. Price was adequate to the room, less to the roof bar.

Modern hotel in a convenient location in the centre of Gytheio. Nice rooms. Great power shower. Super friendly staff, especially Eleni at reception (a true professional who gave us useful recommendations on restaurants and beaches to visit) and Elissavet at the breakfast room (always enthusiastic and polite). The breakfast was plentiful - loads of options to choose from. The rooftop pool was great, especially when it wasn’t too busy. I noticed that hotel guests did not shower before using the pool, and some were even applying sunscreen while inside the pool, so the water got dirty quickly. It would be great if someone kept an eye on the families using the pool. The 360 restaurant is excellent. The shrimp tempura tacos and the sushi were delicious. The view of Gytheio from the rooftop restaurant was spectacular. The gym was very well equipped. Only small complaint is the lack of a dedicated parking lot for hotel guests. Luckily there was available parking in the surrounding area.

Lovely modern, clean hotel, best rooms overlook harbour, higher up. Very welcoming and particularly so when my partner became unwell. Very good assistance and no pressure to check out of hotel until resolved.

This is a 4 star hotel, so you would expect everything to be at that level. The good: Nice rooms, beds, bathrooms. Nice terrace restaurant with amazing view. People that work at breakfast and restaurant area very polite. The bad: 1. We booked this hotel exclusively because we wanted to enjoy the spa. It was much more expensive than other good hotels. Their webpage said the spa was being remodeled and was going to be open certain date (about a week before our arrival). Unfortunately it was not. What really bothered us was the response. Yes sorry they haven’t finished it. Just like that. Sorry, this is not a hostel and customer service on a 4 star hotel doesn’t work that way. 2. It was Easter. We came down for breakfast one day and literally it was almost empty, no eggs, no bread, tables with dirty plates. After about 15’ they put some hard bread that clearly it was not fresh. Really disappointing. Only 2 people working for breakfast on a busy day like that? They were doing the best they could, even with a smile on their face, but it was just impossible for them to keep up. Once again, this is unacceptable for 4 star hotel. We paid $150 per night. Not worth it at all.

Great Hotel and even Greater Staff . Great location. Great Roof Garden restaurant and Bar / Cafe Great large modern rooms with good quality slippers . Great huge beds with fine linens and pillows. Great body wash and shampoo. Not forgetting the Greatest breakfast this end of the world .
