This was my first trip to Surabaya and I had decided book Four Points Sheraton Tunjungan given its central location and competitive room rate. I was pleasantly surprised when the hotel recognized my Marriott Bonvoy member status and accorded me the corresponding benefits despite me not making this reservation via the Marriott Bonvoy app. Kudos the hotel staff for that!

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning and loved the strategic location, next to the mall 👍
