Although the pool deck offers enough space and privacy to keep you blissfully occupied, access to soft sand beaches on the North and South shores are a short walk or drive away. Elegant and colorfully decorated, this ranch style home features an open concept living with vaulted ceilings and an abundance of natural light. The main living area is at the heart of the villa which opens to the expansive pool deck. Plenty of seating for dining, drinking, and relaxing is readily available both inside and out. This villa comfortably hosts 8 guests with its four bedrooms: One king bedroom with en-suite, one queen bedroom with en-suite, one queen bedroom with one separate bathroom and separate studio apartment with queen bed, bathroom and kitchenette. This villa comes equipped with amenities and comforts such as air conditioning in all bedrooms and main living area, wifi, Dish Satellite service, 65’ Sony 4k TV and blu-ray player, washer and dryer, fine linens, both gas and charcoal grill, and an expansive kitchen stocked with all the dishes, utensils, and cooking or baking pans to fit your needs.
