Hotel Le Roi Express @ Karol Bagh

Whilst well located and nice looking, the room smelt of smoke and when raised with the hotel they offered another room which also smelt of smoke. They then offered to sort for the next day but it was not worth it for the two day stay. Made use of the clothes washing service but four t shirts were returned with ink dotted on neckline which I was first told was a mistake by the laundrette, and then told that it was because it was a marker as they were very busy. No time to rectify this as I was checking out that morning and they werent available for collection the night before (despite being on the desk, they had not tallied the costs)

Its a very nice, super clean and budget friendly hotel. The staff is very cooperative and soft spoken. I would certainly choose this hotel for my next trip. I recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

Stayed 5 nights at this hotel and was amazed with the everything there... cleanliness is mind blowing no bad odour, all the staff are so nice, they care for each and every small thing... Ravi and Abhishek are exceptional at the reception there isn't anything they can't solve for you... the food is amazing at the restaurant and the staff Deepanshu and Ankita are so caring, they make you feel like family... location for Delhi it is one of the safest place to be, it is known as the student area so very safe to walk around even night times... the only problem is if u have late checkouts even if it is for only few hours they will ask u to pay for 1 whole day it's their hotel policy... so if u have late checkouts be ready for it... otherwise was amazed with the hotel services and will surely go back there

Было все что нужно для размещения с комфортом. Кондиционер, дешевая, постель, все исправно и чисто.

Расположен не сильно далеко от метро с не лучшим, но и далеко не худшим окружением. Сам номер новый. Основная и единственная проблема звукоизоляция - ее нет. Мой номер был на первом жилом этаже (по сути второй), но было слышно абсолютно все, что происходит в лобби на протяжении всей ночи (при этом никто из персонала не задумывался вести себя потише).
