Booked the hote l in April through Agoda for a trip planned in October. Got a booking confirmation, and the payment went out on the day we were due to book in. Arrived at 2pm to find the hotel boarded up! Called Oyo customer services, who tried to ring reception. Oddly enough they couldn't get through! I was told my call was being escalated, and I'd be called back. At 4pm I received an email from Agoda cancelling my booking and offering help with finding somewhere else. I'm still waiting for Oyo to call me back, 3 days later.
