We are fixed week owners at this resort and have enjoyed going there every year at the beginning of winter. For the most part we have had no significant issues with anything...though this time we noted a SEVERE downgrade in the WIFI. I don't need WIFI to work (I'm retired) but it is nice to be able to sit on the balcony and catch up on social media, email, language studying, etc. This is the first time in the 18 years we've been coming to the resort that the WIFI on our balcony regularly disconnected or wouldn't connect at all. We used to be able to get a solid connection from the balcony (poolside, facing the sea) but now...not so much. WIFI inside the room is adequate...but who wants to sit in the room when you have an outside balcony? I highly recommend the resort take some time to re-engineer the WIFI network and make it stronger and more reliable. While this seems to be a minor irritant it is not and I heard numerous complaints about it during our three week stay.
