Travelodge Aberdeen Airport

Had a great stay and when I had a slight problem the girl on shift was so professional and great help and credit to your company ( Gillian)

Clean hotel. Reception staff excellent and helpful (Kelly). Rooms clean and bright. Modern looking with handy USB charging points next to comfy bed

Water wasn't pressurized in shower as it should be, and hospitality wasn't great at the reception! At least keep someone at the reception all time?

Our stay here was truly magical and rejuvenating. At a Travelodge you ask? Absolutely - the room was clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the amenities were great. The location of this Travelodge was incredible - tucked away and completely unexpected, this hotel sits on a river with a beautiful fairylight-lit veranda, totally stunning scenery and walk. We felt the most at peace here than we have in plenty of other holidays, and left saying it had refreshed our souls! Couldn't recommend this place more.

This was my third time staying here and every single time the staff have been polite and very very helpful. My room has always been clean and tidy with everything you need for your stay. Its an absolute bargain for what you're paying and very close to the airport,shops,restaurants and bars.

Staff are nice enough, but not really caring of any issues. Careful where you park as there are lots of trees that will leave your car drenched in bird droppings and seeds in certain areas. Get there early to get a reasonable parking space. There is someone staying at the hotel on the ground floor, who I think may be there long term, who coughs and is violently ill most nights and mornings. I mentioned his welfare to the staff, who weren't really bothered and showed extremely little empathy to the problem. The staff definitely knew about this problem as I heard the cleaners talking about it when it was happening. It's not a bad hotel at all, and have stayed here many times before, but it's dropped in quality since our last visit.
