Suitable for business travel.. The hotel is in a very convenient location.. Except for being a little old, everything else is good

The location of the hotel is very good, almost at the airport. Since it was an early flight, I was allowed to check in early at the front desk. I personally think the price is a bit expensive, haha

Located in the port area of ​​Düsseldorf, it is not very close to the city. It takes about 25 minutes to reach the city by public transportation. The various services during the stay were satisfactory. There was nothing amazing, but there was no problem. The room has a separate dressing table partition, so the rest area is not large, which is a problem. The snacks in the lounge of the executive room I booked were delicious, which was a highlight. Overall, considering the price of the hotel in Germany, it is cost-effective.

Because I was attending the exhibition, the breakfast was very rich and varied. There was an underground parking lot, but the parking space was a bit small and a bit crowded. The bar in the hotel lobby was also very good. I was very satisfied.

I can’t say enough about our stay here except that I wish I could have stayed for longer. The staff and service was perfect from start to finish, being highly professional but personable at the same time.

From the train station, take the 707 tram to the hotel, take the 726 bus to go to the old city, and the traffic is OK. There is a Japanese material that can taste at home. The architecture of the Media Harbor is also beautiful.

location is A+. 2 minuite walk to the Heinrich underground station which takes you straight to the Messe. Hotel is nice. strange layout but its a medieval building so its part of the charm. Front desk leaves much to desire for a 5 star hotel. the room is ok. was given room 131. mattress was collapsed and definitely not commercial 5 star hotel standard.felt more of a foam cushion than a mattress with just 10 cm height of cushioning. i am 1.87 mtrs height and 110kgs. the mattress went concave when i lied down and my upper back muscles namely rhomboids and lats felt it badly in the morning. Advised the front desk who replied nothing can be done because all mattresses are like that. i don't insist or complain further if i am refused or rejected the first time i ask. on my checkout i advised front desk whose manager was present and i advised i was very happy with location but not with bed. i had no reply from her and she moved away stating in awe that no one had such an issue. on a positive note the breakfast operators who were very attentive and courteous at all times. for 950 euros for 3 nights i think they are very lacking in not being able to provide the basic hotel service of a good nights rest.

The hotel is on King's Avenue, a veteran five-star hotel in Germany, decorated upscale. There are many types of breakfast, freshly squeezed juice is delicious, you can order the Benidorm eggs made in the picture. Even if it is such an expensive five-star hotel, there is no toothbrush and toothpaste, which is the case in Europe. There is a park next to it and the scenery is very good.

Had a great 3 nights stay on 25 Hours Dusseldorf . On the positive: Great service, from the welcoming all the way all the staff we came across. i normally don't book breakfast when traveling for leisure as I like to explore local foods, so have no opinion on the breakfast but the little coffee stand inside the hotel has what could arguably could be the best coffee in Dusseldorf. Yes, rooms are not huge but comfortable enough, nice mini fridge with consumables for free and most important: Was very clean.

Great hotel, needs a bit of renovation here and there because it's getting old, but you still feel very comfortable because it's so classic. The rooms are very quiet and you can darken everything nicely. Parking garage too expensive, but there is a free parking lot 5 minutes walk away diagonally opposite the H2 Hotel. The breakfast was also very good and plentiful. The center is easy to reach by public transport. We would be happy to come back.
