wonderful hotel

Das Hotel hat wirklich ein Top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Alles wirkt sehr neu und frisch und das Hotel scheint noch nicht alt zu sein. Die Anbindung mit der S-Bahn ist gut. Das Zimmer ist klein, aber nicht beengt, sondern funktional. Ich kann mir sehr gut vorstellen, dass ich bei meinem nächsten Düsseldorfternin nochmal hier übernachte! Herzlichen Dank. Der online Check-in kann vor Ort an einem entsprechendem Automaten geschehen oder über Whattsapp. Ich habe es über Whattsapp gemacht und es find schnell und benutzerfreundlich. Falls es doch Probleme gibt steht die Telefonnummer überall.

沒有前台，沒有英文，在一位會説德語的住店客人友善幫助下致電後台要到了門鎖密碼，結果是好的但過程是曲折的。

no reception. only card payment available room was selected on soundisolation. from 4:30h every 5 minutes a metro and train past and the noises were inside the room. mind you: the window was closed! filed a complain. response of hotel: than you should sleep with your window closed. never had such a unfriendly reply. just another hotel to avoid if you value your sleep. you can't say: we did not know

Nice central hotel with good transport links close by. It can be a little noisy with the train running at the back, the road out the front, and rude customers slamming doors but on the whole this did not really distract from the stay. There is also parking if you bring your own car. Good hot shower and a very comfortable bed but as this place allows animals I had the unpleasant experience of finding two fleas in the bed, perhaps it might be good to fumigate every now and then. The room was also hot in summer but a fan can be provided which solved the problem. There is no reception and its all self check in, everyone had issues using the door code to the room but once you got it worked out it was ok. You can contact reception by phone or email. There is a nice cafe under the hotel but it is a bit expensive. And there is a service station next door that sells snacks and drinks including alcohol. Only a couple of English speaking tv channels but that is standard for Germany. This hotel fitted the bill for my stay at a reasonable price, I would return.

Stayed there one night, the self check in was nice, nice to have free parking, quiet area and the facilities were nice. Only thing was that the sheets looked a bit dirty in one place. Probably a stain that was stuck, but was kinda unappealing. Also the drapes were kinda weird, didn’t cover all the window but it had a thing you could put down to make the room darker

There was no hot water in the shower. And there was no parking available

Hotel was pretty decent. Easy checkin experience. Room was very warm. Almost as if the heat was on.

The price for a non-sharing room is excellent; elsewhere, it would typically be the cost of a shared room. The room and toilet were very clean and provided with soap and towels. The only issue I encountered was difficulty opening the door with the pin passcode. I had to ask someone who passed by, another guest staying in a different room, to assist me in opening my room door.

We stayed here to visit the 'Final Fantasy - Distant Worlds' concert at the Mitsubishi Electric Halle, which is close to the hotel (about a 15 minute walk) and made it the ideal choice to stay. There's plenty of parking space (underneath the hotel), and there's public transport nearby (Tram 705) that leads directly to the city center. (about a 15-20 minutes ride) We found out that you can buy tickets on the tram itself at a ticket-machine and decided to buy 48-hours free-traveling tickets, which had a nice reduction in price if bought for multiple travelers. The hotel itself is a budget hotel with limited staff and doesn't have its own restaurant (so no option for an included breakfast), but there are two restaurants in the same building that can facilitate breakfast, lunch and dinner. I had a very decent lunch at the cloud-kitchen myself. The other restaurant is an all-you-can-eat&drink, which we enjoyed as well. The rooms of the hotel are small, decent and clean. All the usual facilities were there (an okay shower, toilet, TV, hairdryer, etc.) but don't expect too much luxury. I was pleasantly surprised however, that the window possessed a roll-down-shutter system. I like my room dark at night ;) Also, checking out it easy. You simply don't have to. ;) The doors do unlock after the checkout time however, so that the cleaners can do their job. The personal code to unlock your door will become invalid after that time. The only real drawback to this hotel is that it doesn't have air-conditioning in its rooms (it does have a radiator). We were here in March, so no issues there, but I can imagine the rooms can become really hot during summer. All-in-all the place definitely offers great value for its price/night, and would definitely stay here again if there's another concert to our liking! =)

The online check-in is a bit problematic because it is not clearly explained, so you may need some time to get used to it. However, the main problems are: - Noise. - Lack of air conditioning. Meaning: You are going to be well roasted in summer, and frozen to dead in winter. Sure it is cheap, and there is free underground parking provided, but that´s about all that is good with it.

Thanks God ,i only stay one night not more!! bad location,no air conditioning,uncomfortable bed and pillows,no reception to talk to.i reach on 13:00 but they not give me the room until 14:30.not deserve more than 4/10
