老舊的地毯，洗手間的門鎖是壞的，在裏面反鎖會被卡住打不開，我兒子在裏面被鎖了近半小時，酒店沒有維修工值班的，酒店前台也不會弄，後來還是大家一起想辦法才打開，前台工作人員還有點推卸責任，事後也沒有説什麼道歉之類的話。
