Hotel Villa Pascucci

We stayed at this 5-star hotel during our vacation, but unfortunately, it did not fully meet our expectations. The breakfast was quite repetitive, with the exact same options every day, which became boring after a while. In addition, the food was not labeled with allergens, and many dishes contained nuts, which made it difficult for guests with allergies to make safe choices. One of our rooms had a persistent smell of urine, especially in the bathroom. We reported it to the reception three days in a row, and although they said they would inform housekeeping, nothing seemed to improve. It didn’t feel like the issue was taken seriously. The air conditioning in the same room also didn’t function properly, making the stay uncomfortable. On a positive note, the rooms were spacious and nicely furnished. The sunbeds were fantastic, and the hotel had two beautiful pools in different areas. However, one day one of the pools was rented out for a private event, leaving very limited space for other guests — and there was no prior notice given. Overall, the hotel has potential, but several important areas need better management and attention to detail.

Spent €220 per night here and honestly, it was a huge let down There was no hot water in the room — at a so-called 5-star hotel. When we went down for breakfast, there was no breakfast buffet. We were told it’s à la carte, but the server didn’t speak English. We asked for a croissant and got a cold one straight from the freezer The hotel is also in an odd location, far from the beach and the city. It’s isolated, with nothing nearby We raised these issues with the manager Manu who was rude and dismissive. We asked for a refund or some fair compensation, and all they offered was a 20-minute massage This place looks impressive online, but don't be fooled. Poor service, untrained staff, unprofessional management — and zero value for money

It was a great experience. I love vacation at this hotel. Very luxury. The food is the best. The room it was like a huge suite. The staff is very friendly and they try the best to complete all your request. They offer 2 swimming pool and privet spa. Amazing! I recommend everyone to visit Villa Pascucci hotel

Amazing hotel and fantastic staff. I enjoyed every thing. The room is very spacious, very clean, great pools, private Spa with pre reservation. The food is very delicious. I love cacio and Pepe pasta. Best hotel in Durrës, Albania. Really 5 star hotel. I recomend everyone.

The owner's investment in the hotel, hygiene, swimming pool, sauna, etc. was very good. Especially the massage girl was professional and very nice. But the dinner menu was very bad. My girls had paid 3 weeks in advance for a menu that I wanted. But the staff and the manager did not serve me this menu. The manager told me that this menu, even though you paid for it in advance, we serve it for tables with many people. Shame on the staff. We paid for a menu, and a poor menu came, unrelated to the payment we had made. Shame..

We arrived with high expectations. We were told this is the absolutely best hotel around. We even orderen the suite, we are a family of four. The exteriour is Five stars (except our terrace). But the service is unfortunately not. The two exceptions are the girl Livana (Exceptionally good) and Kleant. The ting is that everyone at the frontdesk was ok, but they only said "yes, I'll fix it", then nothing happened. Examples: - It took the hotel 36 hours to give us Key cards that were working for our room. - 24 hours to fix/change the coffee nachine. - 20 hours to come and get the trollet with leftovers from outside our room. They allways sayd: "yes we'll fix it". Livana was the only one that did. When we asked, not the next day, after "five messages". We had dinner on the terrasse of the room one day. They decorated and made it nice for us. But when they brought food, everything was there - even the "ice-cake" for dessert! I have never eathen that fast! They should also update the terrasse every year. At least with some paint etc. Conclusion: Wonderful pool area, wonderful exteriour. Staff made it a four star experience all together. We expected Five.
