Too worst .... The owner Chinese lady too rude plus she I got scammed with trip.com... totally out.... horrifying place 😢 💔... the smell of place very bad --- worst.

No food provided, but no worries for distance to shops and eateries are so close and plenty.
Nice environment. Parking is first come first park basis,so if you come back late, you need to
look for parking at neighbours house.

Please read the Google reviews before booking this place. I had a terrible experience at TNT Novelty Vacation House in Teluk Intan. The lady boss had a very bad attitude, provided poor service, and refused to let us check in even after we had paid. She ignored us for a long time and was rude, even though we arrived after the check-in time at 6 pm. Her behavior was unacceptable, and I hope Agoda takes action to ban this owner to protect future guests.

Agoda with TnT Novelty Vacation house (Teluk Intan) owner issues? Bringing guests a lot of trouble, the hotel owner is very impolite, and we only give trouble. Very very not recommend this TnT Novelty vacation house Teluk intan very poor Service, the room is very old, 👎👎👎👎👎specially is the owner 👎👎👎👎😰😰😰😰😰 Date of experience: February 11, 2024

Very horrible experience, probably worst so far. When I reached the place and showed the lady boss the booking receipt with the fully advance payment. She insisted that she never received the booking at all. And then she wanted me to pay cash. I replied that I can pay cash, but I need to cancel my booking to get the refund, but she stopped me and threatened me not to do the refund. After that, I found that many had similar experiences from the Google map comments. Lesson learned. Please do not make the same mistake by booking this homestay.
