Spacious rooms, good maintenance, good staff behaviour and the food is also good. Value for money.

Rooms are dirty. Even the bed sheets were not changed. Upon arrival i had to call the staff and had to ask to provide fresh bed sheets. Shower handle was broken. Food is just below average. Till 3am at night there were lot of disturbance at the lobby outside the room. People were shouting banging on door etc. Better part is rooms are big in size. Location is good.

Maintenance is poor. Continuous water leakage in bathroom. Regulator of fan is not working. Light illumination is very poor. Food is average

Although the hotel rooms were spacious but service is terrible. First room which was allotted was not having proper illumination ,it was damp, A was not cooling enough ,TV remote was not working and bed linens were dirty.
Room was changed and more or less same story there too. AC was ok there but TV could not be operated due to malfunctioning of remote. .few linens were changed but not all and service men showed his helpless ness.Bathroom /toilet were all shabby and not sanitized , no room cleaning done.

Our 2nd year reunion function was celebrated in asp officers club on 13th nova 2022, and due to this occasion me and my wife were in durgapur specially in your hotel from 13th to 14th and we really enjoyed our durgapur trip not only our reunion program but also our stay in hotel annexe, reception, room service, food quality was really good. Very frequently we go there. From next time onward s we will stay there.
