The service attitude is very satisfactory. The hotel environment and facilities are average. The air quality in the room is worse than the price. There is no ventilation and the smell is very pungent. There are no fun activities around.

1. 房間不大，跟商務酒店的房間差不多的設定，令人無語😓 作為度假酒店不太應該。2. 服務人員不太夠的樣子，羣內管家也比較掉線隨意。服務説不上差，但不是這個價格/定位的酒店應該有的水準。 3 設施也比較少。 4. 但是餐廳是挺好吃的，體驗活動比如泥胚畫，學做西域食品體驗不錯，老師也很專業。 不過有些服務人員很奇怪的是，當我詢問酒店自己發給我們的宣傳冊上説到的古河道河谷徒步活動的時候，服務員説現在水太大比較危險不建議參加。後來我自己去到西千佛洞景點、發現古河道河谷是作為一個正常開放的景點安全開放的，並無危險告知，我也有幸感受到了古河道的風景。所以，這位酒店服務員為啥告知我不建議我去….如果僅僅是酒店並不想組織自己宣傳冊上的活動了，如實告知即可，有必要用虛假訊息誤導遊客嗎？

重點先説，免費升級了套房。剛預訂好房間管家luke就主動聯繫加了微信，告知我天氣變化，提醒我買熱門景點門票。到店之後也有求必應，服務滿分。酒店很美，有品位有質感，拍照出片。餐廳出品不錯，價格也不貴。

Service: The overall service is very good, especially the housekeeper Sweet, who was very considerate and helped us upgrade our room, and also helped us take our clothes to the city for washing. All our requests were quickly met, thank you. Disadvantages: 1. The food in the restaurant is a bit difficult to evaluate. Some were not fresh enough, some were not attentive enough, and I was a little disappointed. Fortunately, the service was good. It is recommended to make a reservation to avoid a bad experience. 2. The boy at the bar was a bit funny. He didn’t want to answer anything he asked. He didn’t want us to sit in the garden seats upstairs because he was afraid of the trouble of going upstairs and downstairs for service. We ordered a bottle of red wine and only brought the wine up throughout the evening. It never appeared again, and the water was not even poured out. It was a pity for such a beautiful garden.
