The room was a wonderful size, however the service we received whilst staying was completely unacceptable. We had almost no communication with the hosts was almost non existent. The first morning after our arrival, we tried to communicate with the hosts about breakfast but we were ignored, despite numerous phone calls and texts. We tried to explore the property to find something for breakfast, but nothing was available. There was no milk in the room and only one sachet of coffee for a two night stay for two people. We had to go out and buy breakfast, despite having paid for it as part of our stay. We were also only provided with conditioner and no shampoo to wash our hair for the entire stay. The second morning, we received a text to state that breakfast would not be served as the hosts were unwell and they had no one else to prepare breakfast. This was at approximately 8:30am, with no apology for ignoring us the day before. Again, we had to go out and purchase breakfast at additional cost. There was no additional communication from the staff to apologise and no offer of any discount/refund, despite the fact that we had paid for two nights bed and breakfast and received no breakfast whatsoever.
