Ashbrook House B&B

A perfect place to chill and unwind for a night. Glorious views from our hot tub. Cheese board was exceptional and take away later was so tasty. Four of us in total had such a fun night away. B&B in the house was so comfortable and the breakfast in the morning.... Best ever. Thank you very much for a fabulous time 👍🏻

Spent a lovely couple of days here as a family of 5 in the beautifully decorated spacious apartments. It had everything you would need and more especially in the kitchen, the animals were a hit with the kids especially the llamas. Would highly recommend for a family trip or girlie weekend.

A perfect night away with family to celebrate a special birthday. A beautiful bed and breakfast in a peaceful location. Rooms Food and hosts were brilliant. Thank you Hazel & Crofton x PS Hazels homemade soda bread which accompanied our breakfast was delicious.

Wonderful place. Very welcoming and cosy. From check in to check out we couldn’t have been more looked after. Stayed in the 1 bed apartment with my wife and couldn’t be happier. Will definitely be back here 100%

So good. What excellent value . . .not much more expensive than some very average places I've stayed in. Lovely peaceful area and we enjoyed a little walk in the grounds and relaxing in the lounge. Nice to hear the fountain from the bedroom, very calming. Spacious rooms and bathrooms, you really get that hotel feeling. Rooms are very clean, modern and stylishly furnished. We appreciated the refrigerated milk, bottles of water on the landing and snacks in the bedroom. Lounge is very comfy with books and magazines. Breakfast was *excellent*, complete with sourdough bread fresh from the oven. Very very happy with our stay here to round off a week's holiday up north with mixed weather and sick kids. Thank you!!

Just back from a girly night at Ashbrooke House with 3 friends. Absolutely fantastic night away. The apartment was spotlessly clean with everything we could have needed. The garden room and hot tub were so relaxing and chilled. Hazel was a lovely host who attended to all our needs and the cooked breakfast brought to the apartment was amazing. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing night away and will be booking again.

Location, decor and amenities all fantastic. Attitude from Hazel and Crofton appalling. We rang the doorbell 4 times, Hazel answered in a tizzy. Crofton drove over my bags smashing my bottle of wine while Hazel declared “the world won’t end over a broken bottle of wine”. We were told to hurry up with food and drinks order on arrival due to Hazel “having to go see her mum at 7” even though we were paying over £720 for 6 of us to stay. My mum accidental broke an ash tray, Hazel followed with “you’ve done that on purpose, this is when I get angry” while pointing her finger as us like we were school children, baring in mind her husband previously smashed my bottle of wine without any apologies. Hazel entered our apartment without knocking. We text due to wrong amount of table wear being brought down for dinner, this text was ignored. A bowl of fruit was too much hassle for breakfast, but we could have it if we were having pancakes? The whole experience was ruined due to these attitudes, I will not, nor will any of my party be back due to this. The facilities are great, shame the hosts don’t match this.

Myself and 2 friends went for the Honeysuckle Package - couldn't recommend it highly enough. Great value and service from start to finish. We will definetly be back. I am already spreading the word to other friends and family 👍

My friend and i was at Ashbrook House recentley,beautiful house and surroundings,and breakfast was luvly to,i booked it for two people and the price came up £90 FOR two people for a room and was given the triple room, it had a large bed and a single bed,i asked for a cover for the single bed as my friend and i dont share a bed,was told that if i want a duvet on the single bed there is a charge of £12 Forextra bedding for the single bed,just want to let people to know that can happen in this b&b
