The hotel was ok, and clean. It was located in the central of Dunedin so very easy access to attractions among the city.

Although this hotel is a bit old, I like this natural and simple taste. The room is big enough, it is a five-minute walk from the university, so convenient! Parking at the door is also very convenient.
