Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Duluth by the Mall

Very nice hotel, conveniently located and the staff at the front desk are super friendly and accommodating, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and definitely will stay again!! A+

Very clean and quiet. Breakfast was great! Had to book at the last minute and was able to do that with no problem. Staff is very friendly.

I keep coming back to this hotel for different reasons, I stay 1-2 nights a week in Duluth and have been staying here more lately at least once a week, first it has probably the best value, it had a remodel a few years ago and it's still very nice, My main reason for staying are the rooms, I always book the bigger room which is well laid out with a nice comfortable sofa/sitting area, a great big wall built in, very comfortable bed and pillows, only knock is a super small bathroom with a sink outside of it and not a great climate system, the heat is controlled by the baseboard and the AC/fan by a noisy wall unit which blows right on the bed, this is my only negative. Cookies anyone? 8:00PM in the eating area they put out fresh baked chocolate chip cookies which are nummy, this last week there was a few of us waiting for the treat, breakfast is pretty good, with a nice selection of hot and cold items, the area to eat is very small and cluttered with tables so navigating this is challenging during busy times. This hotel has the best value in an expensive summer city, I stay here quite a bit because of this, I've stayed at many hotels in this city and the extra $$ paid for others in brand (Wyndham) and out is not warranted, this is just as nice and nicer in some instances, enjoy your stay ,

We were disappointed that the hot tub was being repaired during our stay. The pool was very cold and we could only stay in it a short time. No one else was using the pool. The pull out couch mattress was not very comfortable for our adult son. Bathroom was very very small. Good location next to the Mall. Also note: Extra charges are incurred if your check in early ($30) and if you use the safe ($1.65/day). Check your bill before paying.

Loved the friendly staff!! Accommodated us with a crib which we loved for our little one! Portable cribs are hard to haul anywhere so the hotel having some available at no charge is a major bonus!!

Our room was very clean, all the staff were great. The social room was inviting and they served a very generous breakfast...Anytime I "thought" I had a problem in my room, Diane came to show us what we were doing wrong and never made us feel like dimwit.
