Overall great service and good location. Rooms are a bit dated so we had to switch rooms once as the first one has mould. However, the staffs are friendly and the location is good. Shout out to the Chinese Restaurant in the Hotel. Food is top notch and we went twice over the stay . The complementary hot spring is also quite nice. Great selection of pools ( think around 8?). We went twice and the first time was quite crowded. The second time for some reason is empty so we enjoy the quiet time.

Booked for my parents and baby. According to the map, this place is more than 2 kilometers away from the front gate of Qingcheng Mountain. The room has a garden, so I chose this place. I originally booked a one-bedroom room, but my dad found it was a two-bedroom room after entering. It seems that the boss upgraded it. There is no front desk here. The boss contacted us in advance and wrote the check-in information in detail. It was no problem for my parents to drive there by themselves. That night, I video-called my parents and baby and they were all very happy. My parents thought the room was spacious and comfortable, and the baby thought the garden was fun. Everyone was happy in their own way. I think the room is very tidy and the soft furnishings are also carefully made. In short, my family is happy and I am happy too. Give the boss a good review. Next time I go to Qingcheng Mountain together, I will book here again. It is very cost-effective!

Amazing place BUT... Staff could be much better trained for such an upscale hotel/resort, those standing at the entrance. Slow in response, not greeting guests, not giving any directions upon arrival. Could have provided better service by asking guests if they are going to any destinations nearby, inform guests that popular destination such as the Panda attraction needs booking in advance, the spa booking may not have slot best to book before whatever time, etc. Wanted the spa and panda but missed both as we were not told beforehand during conversations and even for the panda only knew it on the 2nd time we enquired.

Staffs are nice and helpful. Great service. They offer free shuttle to nearby Panda Park attraction. Breakfast was great with variety of food. The room is comfy and designed nicely but the insulation needs improvement. Please make some non-smoking room because it would make my stay better.

It was my first time to visit Mount Qingcheng. I spent a long time choosing Huajiantangshan Chengqing Hotel. The environment is beautiful and quiet. The room is unexpectedly large. The air conditioner is noiseless. I have a very bad sleep and can't sleep with a little noise. I didn't expect that there was no noise when the heater was turned on. I slept very soundly. The most important thing is that the service at the front desk is special. The room type I booked only has one breakfast, and the hotel directly sent another breakfast. It feels so considerate, especially Xiao Shen, Xiao Liu, and Yan Zi at the front desk are thoughtful and enthusiastic. ❤ After playing in Mount Qingcheng, they delayed our check-out. Temporarily decided to go to Qingcheng Mountain, I chose this place because of the 2-meter bed. After coming, everything felt too worthwhile. The restaurant's dishes taste great, 2 children like to eat dumplings roast beef, the stew is very tender, the beef is also very bad. The room was clean and clean. The hotel is a place to play in the water, which is too convenient. Come to Qingcheng Mountain in summer, it is worth choosing here!

This Hotel is located on beautiful grounds, however it is a real shame that they are letting the weeds takeover everywhere. Still very pleasant to walk around the complex with all the trees, flowers, lake, swans & ducks, but it breaks your heart to see the weeds taking over everywhere and there is what once would have been a beautiful Rose Flower path and the roses are still flowering but no maintenance at all and weeks are taller than the rose bushes and all they seem to do is just the grass and forget the rest. Rooms and facilities were very clean, so I was impressed. Room layout is excellent and very, very big with a courtyard and external spa, you start to relax as soon as you walk in the door. The only thing that put me and my wife off is the mahjong table in the main room on the first floor. TV had no movies and no English Chanels at all. Food in the All Day Dining (Chinese Restaurant) was very nice but limited. Breakfast was not a very big selection and probably because it is not peak season, however it also was not very good and put us off even trying the Western Food for dinner and went across the road for fast food instead. Staff were very nice and polite. We want for my wife's birthday and apart from the impressive building structures, there was no WOW factor for the overall experience.

Beautiful hotel to experience! The staff were very helpful - the hotel is on a very steep road and hotel staff will arrange for a suitable vehicle to take you through the mountain roads, or help arrange a local driver if you want to go off the mountain for a very reasonable price. The restaurant selection is quite limited but the food quality is good. We enjoyed eating in the hotel both nights (there are no nearby restaurants). Breakfast is simple but not bad. Not many selections but the food quality is good and flavors are nice. Be prepared and bring some snacks or anything else you will need, as there are no nearby stores, and because of this the hotel is very relaxing. We left the hotel relaxed, satisfied, and very pleased with our experience.
