Super spacious room and welcoming staff at the reception! Not the nearest to the Dujiangyan scenic area but you can grab a taxi at around RMB 7-10 per trip. Highly recommended!

When you step into this hotel, you will be greeted warmly at the front desk when you check in, and you will be served warm honey water. The hotel also has a laundry room and a gym. The temperature and amount of water are just right for washing. The weather has been hot recently, and the front desk clerk also gave us mineral water to take away when we checked out, which was very thoughtful. The hotel is located 7.8 minutes' walk from the Yingbin Road Express Railway, and it is very convenient to take a taxi to each scenic spot in Dujiangyan.

My grandmother suffered from senile **, and her legs and feet were inconvenient and she could only sit in a wheelchair. She would drool when she talked. This meticulous care directly "grasped" me 🤩 I decided to stay for another day. The next morning, I went to the restaurant for dinner. A young lady from the restaurant saw that my grandma was drooling all the time, so she brought up a bib and said that she was worried about getting it on her clothes. My God, the service was so good. The cleaning aunt in the afternoon was also very careful and enthusiastic. She changed all the bedding and told us what delicious food there was in Dujiangyan. The food recommended by the aunt was very suitable for the elderly. On the day of leaving, the entrance to the parking lot was blocked and the wheelchair could not pass through the underground parking lot. Brother Xiaopang took the initiative to guide us from the outside of the first floor to the parking lot and personally carried grandma into the car. Grandma couldn't stop drooling, and Brother Xiaopang got it all on his body, but he didn't complain. This kind of quality of not disliking the elderly and thinking about the guests wholeheartedly is really rare! We had already moved to another hotel on the 5th, but my mother said that she was still used to staying at this Atour. I booked it for my mother again on April 6. Dujiangyan Atour Hotel, the service is comparable to five-star! It is really different from other hotels. Every detail can make people feel warm and attentive. I came to Dujiangyan with my friends to participate in the Dujiangyan Marathon and stayed at the Dujiangyan Atour X Hotel. We arrived in Dujiangyan at almost ten o'clock in the evening. There was actually Starbucks, saying that they were afraid of getting up too early in the morning and not having the energy to affect the marathon. When checking in at the front desk, the front desk also prepared osmanthus milk, which was great. The front desk staff said that considering that they had to get up very early the next morning, drinking hot milk at night would help sleep. I felt very warm at the time, and it was worthy of Atour. The front desk also prepared energy packs, which was really great. When I got to the room, I was still telling my companions that I had received the hotel's care before I arrived at the hotel. It was worthy of Atour Hotel. There were fruit desserts the next morning! ! ! The service was too good. We went down at more than 5 o'clock and saw that Atour's restaurant was also serving meals. Because I am also a gold card member myself, I know that Atour opens for meals at 7 o'clock, and I am really satisfied with the service to this extent. Because I ran a half marathon, my companions and I finished the run in the morning, and there were also Atour staff holding signs to encourage us. The hotel is in a very convenient location and the service is excellent. I didn't eat the Yaduo dinner porridge, but it should be good. Hot water and other things are also sufficient. You can consider it for business trips. It is worth recommending.

It's quite clean, but the room is a bit cold. The bed is a bit too soft. The TV remote control is very easy to use. The pillows are really good. The service is normal. The laundry room is always crowded. The surprise is that the conditioner is very useful. I took a picture of it.
