was an amazing experience. The hotel's beautiful design and well-maintained facilities offered a luxurious and comfortable retreat. What made my visit truly special were the female staff members who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was unforgettable.
Despite the rain, their warm smiles and friendliness turned the day into a memorable one. Add to that the hot spring experience, and it was a perfect combination for a relaxing getaway. I highly recommend [Hotel Name] for those seeking a luxurious stay with personal touches that make all the difference.

Front desks were very friendly. Rooms were spacious and clean. Comfortable beds. Smart bidet and Dyson hairdryer. Breakfast could have included yogurt but overall is sufficient.

Room decoration is nice, but TV doesn't work. The recption at the lobby looks a bit old.
Staff are nice and helpful.
Many restaurants nearby if you are fancy of local (sichuan) food. Otherwise, western cuisine at the hotel is nice but is pricey though

Customer service was excellent as staff were very friendly and proactive to render support.
I gave one star for amenities due to food that was not fresh, which probably led to my food poisoning. After eating the buffet breakfast, I suffered from food poisoning. My best guess was the soybean milk or fried fritters (油条) which seemed to be recooked leftovers. Luckily my son and wife did not eat them. During the same buffet breakfast, my wife found the baby tomatoes to be rotten and alerted the chef to remove them.
In addition, supper during my second night was cold green bean soup likely to be leftover from my first night supper.
Lastly, another minor problem was that my room didn't have any towel rack to hang bath towels which was quite inconvenient. Dryer in washing machines malfunction as my washed clothes were still wet after 3hours of drying.

The hotel is nicely located and the staff is very friendly. There was an English speaking staff member who was available at all times and helped us with every need. She also made great recommendations for day trips and was very kind and friendly.
The rooms were nice, though not that well thought through but it is nice for a short stay.
