The hotel is not far from Qingcheng Mountain Station. It takes about ten minutes to get to the hotel from Qingcheng Mountain Station. The transportation is very convenient. The hotel covers a large area. From the main lobby building to the guest room, you need to take a shuttle bus to take us to the top of the hotel's unique hilltop to see the scenery. The interior of the hotel is a high-end courtyard garden style, and the children praised it as soon as they checked in. The room has a balcony, and it is also very comfortable to sit after dinner. It is a kind of healing to experience a different kind of quiet beauty. The air is also very fresh. Take a deep breath and feel refreshed. The public area of ​​the hotel is very beautiful. You can take a walk and stroll. There are many green plants, a comfortable environment, and the garden is very well maintained. The small ponds, small bridges and flowing water in the park and the Chinese courtyard buildings are all very suitable for taking pictures.

Overall great service and good location. Rooms are a bit dated so we had to switch rooms once as the first one has mould. However, the staffs are friendly and the location is good. Shout out to the Chinese Restaurant in the Hotel. Food is top notch and we went twice over the stay . The complementary hot spring is also quite nice. Great selection of pools ( think around 8?). We went twice and the first time was quite crowded. The second time for some reason is empty so we enjoy the quiet time.

Very comfortable room with everything. On the first day, I was next to the elevator and asked to change to a very quiet garden view room on the second day. In particular, Gary at the front desk was sincere and friendly. Of course, the other staff were all good. It was a pity that I forgot to take pictures in the lobby. The rest of the environment was comfortable after seeing the photos. The hot spring water was very clean, and the filter was not put into the pool until 3 o'clock every day. The temperature was also suitable. I didn't want to come out after soaking... When you leave the hotel lobby, you will see the sightseeing bus of Qingcheng Mountain Scenic Area and the high-speed rail station. Many shops were open during the New Year. The hotel also has a restaurant, and the breakfast is particularly rich.

Amazing place BUT... Staff could be much better trained for such an upscale hotel/resort, those standing at the entrance. Slow in response, not greeting guests, not giving any directions upon arrival. Could have provided better service by asking guests if they are going to any destinations nearby, inform guests that popular destination such as the Panda attraction needs booking in advance, the spa booking may not have slot best to book before whatever time, etc. Wanted the spa and panda but missed both as we were not told beforehand during conversations and even for the panda only knew it on the 2nd time we enquired.

During the Spring Festival, I took my two children to Dujiangyan and stayed in the Panda Family Suite of the Bailun Hotel. I was very satisfied. The receptionists Xiao Wang and Xiao Yang were warm and friendly. There were free snacks and the hotel's Spring Festival activities. The children were very happy. The room was clean and tidy, especially Auntie Xiao Liu was thoughtful and considerate, and gave the children small gifts. Thank you so much. Hot milk and yogurt were delivered in the evening, which was very heartwarming. It was very quiet and comfortable to sleep. It is worth recommending!

Although the breakfast may not be very delicious and the decoration is a bit old, the necessary services are still there. The room is very warm (I really care about this when traveling in winter). I will try it next time. It is very convenient to walk down from the hotel to eat or drive up to Lingyan Mountain.

The most important thing is that the service at the front desk is special. The room type I booked only has one breakfast, and the hotel directly sent another breakfast. It feels so considerate, especially Xiao Shen, Xiao Liu, and Yan Zi at the front desk are thoughtful and enthusiastic. ❤ After playing in Mount Qingcheng, they delayed our check-out. The experience of staying this time is better than that of staying in a five-star hotel in the city. I must recommend friends to come here in the future...😀
