Have to say we found Cristina and Andrea on reception very friendly and professional recommend this Travelodge for. Sure Very reasonable and Christina helped us when we locked ourselves out of our room. It’s close to an Indian restaurant, and near the dealership where I’m picking up a car.

I stay in many Travelodge's up and down the country, I must say this was the first one that I had nothing to complain about. It was clean and staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable. price was extremely cheap so happy for the service against the price.

Great room and value Christina a very good employee very well done, great location would recommend bit and wetherspoons waterside no distance away. If you want a good place to stay near Birmingham thirties it, check weekend rates for a great price to start or finish

Room was clean but lots of things let it down. USB plug by bed not working, bathroom door didn't close properly, soap dispenser broken, shower water pressure bad and people smoking and shouting outside until late. Windows kept very little noise out!

Staff are not nice it is as if every thing is to much trouble and a lot of noise from buildings opposite we could not park on disabled as staff was parked on there

Excellent service at the Travelodge in Brierly Hill. Our extended stay has been relaxing and very helpful. The rooms are nice and warm & spacious & the staff are very friendly and helpful. A great place to stay for a few days or an extended stay. 5 STARS *****

Close proximity to a superb Italian (Michaelangelo) and Steven's Park for brekkie - rooms recently upgraded - comfy clean bed - staff are lovely - great value - flexible arrival - all you really need :)
