The hotel was in a good location away from the crowds great for family with kids like us. The night we arrived we had a problem with air conditioning and the staff member said they knew about the issue and the air was getting restarted and will be fine. Well it wasn't I went to sleep and woke up multiple times in a sweat. In the morning I told the front desk staff and I got the old ”Sorry about that” nothing to compensate but they were able to fix the issue that next morning. We had a wonderful stay at the Imperial Hilton. Dubrovnik. Location great very near the Pila gate, to enter the old town. The room was big, clean and added bonus it has a balcony to chill out. Breakfast was lavish and served on the terrace which was bright and lovely trees surrounding it. Fantastic staff too. Great indoor pool and sauna and steam room.

The hotel is close to the sea but far from the old city. You can take the non-stop No. 6 bus to the terminal. The environment is beautiful. The buffet price is acceptable, but the seafood is not enough. It is a good place for sunbath and relaxation.
