Pretty old building with large, well appointed room. Anita, the manageress could not have been more helpful, proving details of travel and local amenities. The hotel had no restaurant but arranged breakfast just around the corner. Beautiful promenade around the bay very nearby and many good restaurants. Frequent (and very crowded) buses to old town only a few minutes away and a nearby supermarket. Secure parking included. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

We loved our stay at Villa Filaus. The house has been converted very nicely to accommodate individual suites. Anita was so sweet at checkin and provided a map which was very helpful. Parking is super convenient on property and you won’t need your car the entire trip. You can walk everywhere!! Beautiful pool and gardens. The breakfast is SO good! I read some reviews about it being inconvenient before our stay but we loved the restaurant, staff and food and the morning stroll which took 3 minutes is lovely. We would definitely stay here again!!

A great location near the beautiful Lapad Bay which is a short, mainly pedestrianised, walk away. It is a 10 minute bus ride to the old town, pleased we stayed here, best of both worlds - there are lots of lovely bars and restaurants by the sea nearby. Anita welcomed us and gave us lots of good advice about where to go, she couldn't have been more kind and helpful. The two bed apartment was spotless and very well appointed. It was handy having a little kitchen and being very close to a supermarket with a bakery. Would love to return.

We spent three nights in villa Filaus , it was amazing and rewarding. Short walking distance to beach and seaside from hotel, we enjoy swimming and sunset! Lots of restaurants to choose for the excellent local cuisine. Take couple of minutes walking to bus station and 10 minutes you will be arriving Dubrovnik! We got three days pass and living like local ! Anita , thank you so much for helping us start our long waited journey to visit Dubrovnik!

Very nice place. Easy to find. Walking distance from the bus stop. The place has been renovated and it’s awesome. The breakfast options are nice. You are giving two places to have breakfast. The first one is a 3 min walk (3 star hotel) or 15 min walk (5 star hotel).

Beautiful hotel with really helpful receptionist. Beach is right beside the hotel and the old town is a 2 euro 5 minute bus journey. Bus leaves every 10 minutes. Could not recommend this hotel enough. Breakfast next door is good. Really quiet area with no noise at night time.

The Villa was lovely. Beautiful modernization of a very old residence. No one was there to greet us and give check in information. To be fair, our ferry was late in getting into Dubrovnik, however, another person should have been tasked with reception.

Great little spot outside of old town and right next to promenade. We loved this place and would stay again. Room was spacious and had a true king bed (not two twins). Really nice bathroom as well. Bust stop nearby was really easy to use and clean when going back and forth to old town
