Rooms average and missing some facilities for a five star hotel - small swimming pool, very limited gym and no kettle in room. Staff friendly. Odd layout going between two buildings via lots of lifts.

Parking is free. The breakfast is OK. There are indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The waves are a bit big in the water and smaller in the morning. There are saunas, massage pools and swimming pools indoors. Many celebrities, including Hollywood, the Queen of England and politicians, have stayed here. There is a celebrity wall. The bathroom in the room is very large, but there is a problem with the door. It cannot be opened by swiping a card. Later, the staff told me that there is a problem with the door and it needs to be pushed in very hard. I still recommend this hotel.

Beach club lovers must not miss the beach zone. The atmosphere is very good. The water is extremely clear. The beach is a rocky beach. You must wear water shoes to play in the water. The hotel was in a good location away from the crowds great for family with kids like us. The night we arrived we had a problem with air conditioning and the staff member said they knew about the issue and the air was getting restarted and will be fine. Well it wasn't I went to sleep and woke up multiple times in a sweat. In the morning I told the front desk staff and I got the old ”Sorry about that” nothing to compensate but they were able to fix the issue that next morning. Apart from that very clean good breakfast and clean pool and bathroom facilities.
