Lovely hotel, beautiful decor. Staff look after you as soon as I checked in the gentlemen on reception was advising me about which tours are the best and we went on one which was amazing. Thank you for all your help. The breakfast was amazing and always topped up I am an assistant manager at a 4 star Hotel so I was expecting it to be good and they didn't disappoint would definitely recommend and only a 10 min walk to the shopping area and temple bar

Ideal hotel location for visiting Dublin in a few days! Close to Temple Bar without hearing any noise at night. Triple room with very nice bath. Different electrical outlets so think about the adapter!

In such a depressed city, the high price of Dublin hotel is a little incomprehensible. From my travel experience, unless it is a very famous old hotel, the facilities of ordinary hotels that have been renovated for more than three years are generally not ideal. This hotel is a chain brand, the industrial retro style decoration is very new, the public area uses a dark tone, which contrasts with the white floor and furniture in the room. The room area is not small, there are two Marshall speakers that can be connected to Bluetooth mobile phones. Although I stayed in an upgraded version of a fast hotel at the price of a domestic five-star hotel, it is considered good in Dublin.

I think this will be a nice stay once their remodel is done, but wait until then. When booked initially, the reservation was for the Hard Rock Hotel. About a week and a half before I arrived, NYX acquired the building. We received no notification about this from either business. The hotel was slightly outdated and undergoing the beginnings of redecoration. The staff seemed to either be hired by NYX and unfamiliar with the hotel or previous employees who were unfamiliar with the new management’s policies. For example, the manual chain lock on my door had been disabled in both of our rooms and the staff at the desk didn’t seem to understand how it had happened. They did move me to a room with a working manual lock immediately, but didn’t seem to understand why I felt the need for one as a single woman in the room and assured me that the staff would respect my privacy. The person in the other room in our booking also had his disabled but didn’t want to bother moving. The next day, housekeeping barged into his room without waiting for an answer to her knock. The person inside was just finishing dressing. Other than that, it’s just little things that haven’t yet been worked out in the management change. For example their card scanners in the rooms and elevators seem to be new and still finicky, and the person at reception hadn’t read the laundry policy on the NYX laundry slips in the rooms. The slips specified it would be back by 6pm if picked up by 8am, but she said it might be the next day. She also had me bring the laundry down to the reception desk when the slip said it would be picked up. The staff was actually really great and when I pointed it out I did get same day laundry; it seemed like a new management miscommunication. Overall, I’d recommend staying here after they’ve had a chance to settle and remodel. They were already starting to take down the Hard Rock decorations and I suspect they will also redo the older and brightly colored carpets and walls. Since we didn’t receive any notifications about the new management and redecorating, I’m not sure there will be one about that either.

Stayed there when passing through Dublin one night. Hotel is really nice -location superb along the river Liffey -walking distance to most tourist spots. Staff on check in and out excellent -could not have ben friendlier, Hotel decor really cool. Room absolutely lovely -plus very quiet-decor superb, great tv channels, great lighting etc. Only issues were with Wifi ( hard to connect -then in the morning no wifi) -Aircon very noisy -its Ireland so not necessary anyhow-switched off and opened window. I did not eat in the Hotel as had travelled from Asia and on a different time zone food wise--but food menu looked superb and reasonably priced. I will stay there again

Great staycation, all the amenities needed when feeling like not eating out all the time. Bed was a little bit of a banana bed but still comfortable sleep. There’s a QR code which will take you to the instruction manuals of the appliances if you are not familiar with how to use them. Very well setup apartments!

Hotel itself is lovely, great location for shopping and nightlife. We booked three rooms, one had a considerable amount of dust on windowsill, Other than that very clean. The girl on reception at checkout needs to improve her service skill . Very dismissive and did not want to be disturbed. Overall staff were lovely especially the Irish gentleman that served us in bar. The acoustic guitar session was a bonus. .

Great location, the staff was all friendly, breakfast was excellent, room was big and really clean with everything we needed , will definitely stop here again

Point A Hotel on Parnell Street in Dublin offers clean and well-maintained rooms, providing a comfortable stay. However, the surrounding area leaves something to be desired, lacking in appeal and amenities. Ideal for those prioritising cleanliness and convenience over location charm.

Location is excellent. Room size is reasonable. Staff were very helpful. The breakfast is excellent. Everything was good except our room was next to a big pub called the Living Room. They run every day until 2:30 am. The beat was soooo loud that even I was wearing the ear plugs, my body could feel the vibration. It’s really annoying . Besides this everything was excellent
