Staff are accomodating. Hotel is very near the famous sites. Food is also nice and the staffs are very helpful.

Well positioned in Dublin City centre within easy reach of restaurants, shops, theatres, attractions and St. Stephen's Green. While the family room was quite small, we appreciated the fact that it had a double and two single beds. As teenagers our children don't want to share a bed and far too many hotels only offer two doubles in family rooms. The room was very clean and quiet at night despite the central location. Reduced price car parking nearby was welcome - easy to validate at reception where staff were friendly and helpful.

Family rooms are small, no drinking water bottle in room, looks like it's a decision taken by hotel management not to keep drinking water in room as informed by staffs. At night, we heard a loud banging on door, when opened someone ran away , couldn't find it. Tried calling the reception, but it was unanswered

Comfortable bed & room, but this ridiculous new rule that you have to ask reception for a room change and fresh towels. Not realising this after our first days stay we then called down to reception to ask for towels and were told they would come soon. They didn't. Later we had to ask them again. Also tea and coffee not refreshed and no vending machine or bar snacks available in hotel.

Top quality, manager or duty manager is top class. Very welcoming, looks after you and will go above and beyond to make sure you feel welcomed. Haven’t tried the food but the beer and bar area is great, well worth a trip down. Makes happy memories.

Very friendly and made us feel welcome. Great location super friendly staff. Amazing location. Def recommend if you want a good weekend in Dublin. Good selection of drinks, rooms lovely and clean, everything you need for a perfect base to explore the city

The room was not cleaned, and no clean towels were provided. I complained at reception, and they informed me that we needed to request housekeeping services. However, when we checked in, no one told us this. Very disappointed. After I complained, someone brought new towels, but this only happened on our last night

Hotel was lovely and was in a great area (walking distance) in regards to most places we wanted to visit e.g. Temple Bar, Gunnies Store house etc. Staff was lovely and very helpful with ways to get back to the airport. Food was lovely, always a good variety on offer!

Our stay at the Premier Inn in Dublin was amazing. The room was Perfect for our time there, the bed was so comfortable we had trouble leaving it. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The price was very reasonable. And we said we would definitely go there again. Will recommend to friends and family.
