nice hotel, very convenient, we stayed there for three days, all looks good

The hotel was really good and all the staff were friendly. Check-in was really easy, and the staff gave us helpful information. The hotel was a good location too, not far from Temple Bar, shopping centre and the local public transport system. The room was really nice and clean. The breakfast buffet was good, as there were many options of drink and food. There were a couple issues that happened during our stay. One was one of the coffee machines only giving me half a cappuccino, but the others gave the full amount. 2nd was people in the corridor, and they tried to knock on our door. We weren't too sure, we tried to phone reception on our hotel phone, but the phone didn't connect the call after multiple tries. We phoned on our mobile phone and after trying to connect to them it kept disconnecting, so that was rather concerning. Overall, the hotel stayays was good. I do recommend staying there, but I hope that the issues can be fixed in due course.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at, as if someone had pooped in the room or a corpse had been left for a long time. I asked the guest room to check, and he said he didn't smell anything. Later, I checked, and at least the smell of food grime and rotting from the fridge . That was like living in a kitchen waste bin. This was my worst experience in Dublin. Overall, transportation is fairly convenient. Easy to catch bus to airport.

Friendly hotel staff, really helpful with keeping our luggage stored even after check out and other things. Got a free room upgrade which was much appreciated after a long trip, lovely comfortable bed and spacious room. Bathroom amenities were clean and pleasant as well. Many lovely extra items in the room as well including coffee pods and a coffee machine, hot chocolate powder, and some cookies. Appreciate the hair conditioner and body lotion as well. Lobby was clean and pleasant with free fruit water. Would definitely stay again.

The air conditioning did not work at all during our stay. We informed the staff, and someone came to check it, but we were told that there was nothing they could do. They provided us with a small fan, but it was completely inadequate. The room was extremely humid and uncomfortable, and we were unable to sleep the entire night. What was even more disappointing was the hotel’s response afterwards. The manager refused to offer any compensation and said that if we came back in the future, they might upgrade our room at no extra cost, subject to availability. When I explained that after this experience we would not be returning, they simply apologised and said this was the only option they could offer. Even when Trip.com contacted the hotel regarding our complaint, they still did not offer any refund or compensation. Considering we paid for a hotel room with working air conditioning and were unable to sleep all night because of the heat and humidity, I found their response extremely disappointing and inadequate.

Great location in central Dublin, within easy walking distance of O’Connell Street, Temple Bar and many of the main attractions. The room was clean, comfortable and a good size for a short stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was straightforward. Overall, a convenient and comfortable base for exploring Dublin, and I would happily stay again.

Awful location (quite dodgy) but great hotel. Beautiful rooms and lobby - did not eat or gym there but decent amenities. Slept very well

Everything was fine. No water in the room, we thought there would have been some to drink. No shower caps either

Location is convenient but we are experiencing problems with AC. Luckily the manager handled it very professionally and arranged another room for us. Also, we were informed no record of our booking in their system on our arrival but trip.com handled very smoothly and sorted it out within 30mins.
