5 stars for all doorman, very kind and helpful. Location ok only as the weather is very hot. Would recommend staying at much nearer to mall for convenience otherwise will be spending a lot on taxi fees. Toilet always flooded and shower water not strong. Daily room service always gives 2 towels instead of 3, when there are 3 of us. Asked for extra pillows but was given 2 smelly pillows, manage to ask for exchange. But given pillow with strong lemongrass scent, not sure is the initial same pillow. Drinks and food prices are very expensive. I would recommend Careem apps for food delivery. Op for Burj Khalifa's view, thinking that we can see lighting on the building at night but our room facing the back of Burj Khalifa. Was a bit disappointed.

clean and affordable hotel. The reception and staff are friendly. rooms are clean and service is good. Because they think about the health of smokers :), there is no place where you can smoke at night, there is no garden, the terrace is locked after midnight.

recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic hotel, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations. The hotel staff was not just good; they were excellent. Their attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile made my stay truly memorable. I was pleasantly surprised when they upgraded my room, adding an extra touch of luxury to my visit. The location of the hotel couldn't have been better. Conveniently situated in a prime area, it offered easy access to various attractions and amenities, making my stay even more enjoyable. The facilities were nothing short of awesome. From well-maintained fitness facilities to inviting common areas, the hotel truly catered to every need. The room I stayed in was not only clean but also incredibly spacious. It provided a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. I am genuinely impressed with this hotel and would not hesitate to come back immediately. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delightful and comfortable accommodation experience

Great location, 10 mins walk through the park to the mall. 5 mins walk to the metro station. The beach is beautiful with free access for hotel guests. Reminder that all of the restaurants at the hotel is not part of hotel so you can’t bill it to your room. Hotel is quite new and in good shape.
