We were very pleased with the Hotels location. The room was comfortable with a magnificent view. We added on for breakfast. The food was average, but adequate with a good variety, but nothing memorable. The staff could not have been more helpful from the housemaid and front desk and Restaurant. They all were very helpful and lovely. I would definitely recommend this as something good for the value and a wonderful location. Here are two photos from the window in our room

Hotel was located in a lovely location close to everything, room was big and clean and staff eas polite, the only disappointing factor was I paid for breakfast but because of a system mistake it didn't appear to them in there system even though I had my receipt it wasn't resolved in time of breakfast

”I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and comfortable, contributing to an overall pleasant experience. Cleanliness was excellent, with the rooms and common areas kept in pristine condition. The attention to detail and the care taken in maintaining the space really stood out.

I always stay at this hotel when i am at DXB, they have a nice gym and a Fantastic Japanese restaurant. But this time the service was mediocre. Front desk staff was ”by-the-book” and takes a while to check you in. They are so concentrated on the screen, as if they were doing something else while you are checking in. Breakfast staffs seem to be ex-airport security staff because they are not going to let you in until they find your name on the list. They make sure its ”invitation only”.
