The amenities inside the room is not upto standard. Hand towels, dental kit being charged extra is unacceptable. Providing just 1 large towel when the occupancy is double. The refrigerator inside the room didn't work. Atleast 2 bottles of water must be provided. Breakfast was limited options for vegetarians.

The hotel is in great location for gold and jewelry business trips in Dubai. It is in center of the Gold Souq. There is a very good restaurant in lobby and very good cafes around it.

The staff at the reception can improve their customer service as they were occupied and seemed to be in a hurry, which resulted in not being able to listen to the guests attentively. However, the location itself was impressive. The breakfast served was decent, but there is room for improvement. The staff member, Nalaka, who prepared the omelettes was friendly and welcoming, and the eggs were consistently prepared nicely. If you are looking for a comfortable stay, this location is a great option, and the bed will make sure you get a good rest.
